Der Unterschied zu "Gestión de los aprovechamientos forestales" ist meiner Meinung nach folgender:
"Gestión de los aprovechamientos forestales": hier geht es wahrscheinlich um Waldwirtschaf in engerem Sinne, also welchen wirtschaftlichen Nutzen ich aus dem Wald ziehen kann.

Bei "gestión silvícola", Waldbau, geht es um viel mehr: Er hat die Aufgabe, "die vorhandenen Wälder zu pflegen und zu verjüngen und neue Waldbestände zu begründen - unter wirtschaftlicher=nachhaltiger Perspektive.



"La actividad silvícola comprende todas las operaciones necesarias para regenerar, explotar y proteger los bosques, así como para recolectar sus productos, es decir, las actividades de forestación (plantación, replante, transplante, aclareo y conservación de bosques y zonas forestadas) y explotación o cosecha de bosques, tanto nativos como plantaciones."
