Weiss jemand, um was es sich hier handelt? Ich habe "herangezogene Vorschriften" gefunden - finde dies aber nicht sehr passend hier.

Explanation:
En primer lugar, me gustaría decir que no estoy muy segura de que haya una traducción equivalente a "vistos". Tengo formación en Derecho y, en España, lo que más se ve es "auto" o "autos y vistos". Mediante el "auto", el juez o magistrado expone su punto de vista personal, una vez dictada ya la sentencia firme. Con "vistos", el juez o magistrado expone que ha tenido en cuenta lo mencionado anteriormente.

No sé si en Alemania hay una fórmula parecida, pero puede que no. Yo optaría por reformular y poner algo explicativo, a modo de "aus/nach dem Vorhergehenden", "daher", "gemäss des Vorhergehendes". Es lo que se me ocurre a mí.
