Diesmal Spanisch...
Mir ist nicht klar, worauf sich dieses "ellos" bezieht (**eingesternt**, s. u.). Ich vermute, auf die ausschreibende Armee, aber da frage ich mich, warum sie nicht "ustedes" schreiben. Worauf sonst könnte sich dieses "ellos" beziehen? Also, auf WESSEN Namen die Waren verschifft werden sollen. Vielleicht ist ja unter euch die-/derjenige, die/der die Ausschreibung übersetzt hat... ;-)

3.Consulta N° 4. "Se solicita que las ofertas sean con precio DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) o sea incluyendo los gastos portuarios, aduaneros y el IVA de 19% sobre el valor aduanero. Este impuesto, de conformidad a las cláusulas de la condición DDP, podría no ser incluido en las ofertas, si ustedes así lo determinan. Sin embargo, la condición DDP obligaría al proveedor a consignar los embarques a nombre de **ellos** y obtener los permisos respectivos de la Dirección de Movilización Nacional.

Respuesta: La modalidad de las cotizaciones será la correspondiente a DAP - Incoterm 2010 (Ex DDU), entregado en el Fuerte Baquedano en Iquique (Pozo Almonte), teniendo el comprador la obligación de cancelar el desaduanamiento y de descargar la munición en el lugar de entrega.
