Der fragliche Satz lautet:

"La empresa adjudicataria deberá retirar, previamente a la firma del contrato, una copia de la ***Política Medioambiental*** y otras instrucciones relativas al medio ambiente que deberá cumplir en sus actividades realizadas en el XYZ".

Der Satz gibt mir Rätsel auf: ist "Política Medioambiental" ein Eigenname, so Richtung "Umweltzertifikat"?

Und auch der weitere Satz leuchtet mir nicht ein. Das Unternehmen soll doch erst gewisse Leistungen erbringen, was sollen denn dann "sus actividades realizADAS" sein? XYZ ist kein früherer Auftraggeber, sondern eine Art Aufsichtsbehörde.
