ich habe eine Frage in Zusammenhang mit einem ernährungswissenschaftlichen Text. Es geht um *fibra natural*, was *Naturfaser* bedeutet, in folgendem Kontext aber nicht besonders sinnvoll ist:

Se recomienda seguir una dieta rica en frutas, verduras, *fibra natural* y baja en grasas saturadas, carne y productos lácteos homogeneizados.

Sind vielleicht einfach "Ballaststoffe" gemeint? Naturfasern wie Baumwolle sind ja wohl nicht essbar.
