Una salsiccia secca di maiale molto delicata (simile al "chorizo" ma dal colore vino rosso scuro, che non esiste in Italia (in tal caso lascierei proprio "lomo". 3. La LONZA di maiale, che è il termine che (a seconda del contesto)potrebbe fare al tuo caso. |
