Spanish term or phrase: cazuelita
Dolci a base di pasta sfoglia.
Masas de hojaldre: masas trabajadas con aceites o grasas, con las que se producen hojas delgadas superpuestas. Elaboradas básicamente con harina y con ingredientes como aceites o grasas y agua, con sal o no.
Con esta masa se elaboran pasteles, cocas, bandas de crema, bandas de frutas, cazuelita, besamela grande, milhojas, palmeras, rellenos, rusos, alfonsinos y pastas dulces y saladas, canutos, cuernos, tortellas, lazos, duquesas, pastel de manzana, garrotes, hojas, etc.
Ci sono diversi dolci per i quali non trovo corrispondente italiano. Grazie per qualsiasi suggerimento.
