Nella traduzione di una ricetta di cucina, ho trovato questa descrizione (vi metto il contesto a partire dall'inizio della preparazione della ricetta):
"Panna cotta: Se infusionan la leche y la nata con los aromas y se le agrega la gelatina y la goma xantana, dejamos reposar 24h.
Bizcocho de fresa: Montamos los huevos con el azúcar, agregamos la carga e incorporamos las fresas, escudillamos, cocción 180º 7 min."
Il mio dubbio è riferito alla parte "agregamos la carga"... non capisco cosa voglia dire. Qualcuno può aiutarmi?
