Si tratta di una voce di un menu. Caviar Nacarii. Da quanto ho capito la parola Nacarii si riferisce alla specie di storione. Ma è corretto dire Caviale Nacarii o sarebbe il Caviale Beluga?

Lo storione è un pesce presente in molte parti del mondo con diverse varietà: Acipenser sturio (sotrione comune), Acipenser Naccarii (storione cobice), varietà presente nell'Adriatico che assomiglia alla varietà beluga russa, forse è per questo che il caviale viene chiamato Naccarii. In realtà il beluga è chiamato Huso huso. Era presente nell'Adriatico fino a alcuni decenni fa e forse anche per questo è confuso con l'altro. Però il beluga è più grande del cobice.
Fare il caviale con le uova di cobice sarebbe un delitto, dato che è in via di estinzione.
