Las Residencias para Profesionales de la Salud constituyen una modalidad de formación dentro de las políticas de desarrollo de recursos humanos en el ámbito de la salud del Gobierno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. Los aspirantes deben poseer título de grado Universitario en la rama respectiva.
Es lo que se hace luego de estufiar medicina, para obtener la especializaciòn.

Aqui en Italia el curso en la universidad dura 6 años. Después tienes que hacer una specializzazione o tirocinio que dura otros 3 o 4 años durante los cuales estudias y haces practicas en los hospitales. Te todas formas no creo que tenemos la resicencia, sino que se puede hablar de specializzazione o tirocinio.
