Spanish to Polish translations [PRO]

Spanish term or phrase: secreto
w kontekście mięs otrzymywanych ze świń iberyjskich, obok magro, solomillo, pluma, secreto, lomo, presa, papada, carrillera y costillas. Wydaje mi się, że polski "podział świni" jest dużo bardziej skromny...
Dodatkowo, wydaje mi się, że pluma i secreto to to samo, ale też pewna nie jestem.
Może ktoś ma jakiś pomysł jak to przetlumaczyć? Zadaję też pytania dotyczące innych terminów z listy, proz mówi, że jeden termin na raz, to się stosuję...

Asker: hihi, co to secreto to ja wiem doskonale, i nawet gdzie dokładnie w świni się znajduje (mam koleżankę pracującą w sklepie mięsnym, która wyjątkowo obrazowo potrafii udzielać wyjaśnień)... Problem w tym, że po polsku nie wiem jak to powiedzieć. Rozwiązałam jako "sztuka mięsa pomiedzy łopatką i boczkiem", tak samo zresztą jak i pluma..
