Explanation:
Центрифужный пуск мотора с однофазным подключением. Можно, конечно, написать чуть более пространно - приведение в действие двигателя (мотора) с однофазным подключением посредством центрифугирования, но "центрифужный пуск" лаконичнее и тоже все понятно.
