From a tender instruction doc.
I am struggling to find a satisfactory option for this term.
It refers to the amount of time taken from acknowledging a problem to solving it.
I cannot use Response Time because Responstid is already used in the doc (amount of time it takes to acknowledge a problem)
Solution Time is also problematic because the doc uses Lösningen / The Solution to refer to the service the tenderer will provide.

Åtgärds tid för Incidenter och Problemet räknas från den tidpunkt då Leverantören tar emot en Incident eller Problem enligt ovan tills dess Leverantören har åtgärdat felet och Kunden har godkänt åtgärden.

Explanation:
I tend to prefer resolution time myself even if the site at http://www.infopress.se claims that the English for åtgärdstid is access down time. I'm not sure how reliable this source is though... go figure!
