Swedish term or phrase: sakligt arkiverade
Hi, I'm trying to determine the best translation for sakligt here - factually archived makes little sense. It appears in the following observation notes by a compliance officer. Thanks for your help!

Från xxxxs dator kunde vi konstatera att det fanns sakligt arkiverade elektroniska mappar för varje månads YYY rapporter och vi valde att gå igenom augusti månadens rapporter för att få en kumulativ bild av antalet rapporterade fall.

Explanation:
"Sakligt" has many possible translations. I'd go for this or "duly archived" where duly means "in a due manner or time". Anything along these lines.

Notes to answerer
Asker: I actually went with "duly archived" which worked best with the sentence.

Explanation:
I prefer a shorter adverb before the verb here rather than colleagues' longer phrases.
As Safetex says, there are many translations of 'sakligt'. This one is included in Gullberg's long list.
