English translation:using an angle grinder
Explanation:
I interpret “rondell” to be a type of disc that, when spun very fast, is used for cutting or grinding hard materials such as stone or metal. The machine that spins a disc is, in my experience, usually called an angle grinder, “vinkelslip” in Swedish. As the text begins with "svetsning och skärning", I strongly suspect that “arbete med rondell” means using an angle grinder for cutting or grinding.
If I am right, then I think the correct translation would be "using an angle grinder".

disc cutter

Explanation:
I think they are talking about disc cutters. They generate plenty of sparks when cutting through metal.

agree  Tobias Bergius: Agreed. Of course, technically, "rondell" would refer to the disc that is spun by the tool, but informally "rondell" also refers to the tool – the angle grinder.
