I can't find an English rendering of "filförmedling" anywhere so far, but at first glance, I'd have guessed "file transmission/transfer".

However, that translation doesn't quite seem to work in the following context:

"[bolagets] filförmedling förmedlar filer mellan olika applikationer och/eller kunder. Filförmedlingen bygger på följande huvudprinciper: ..."

Perhaps "file transmission system" is better?

To me it sounds like the system makes the files available, but doesn't necessarily transfer the files. If that indeed is the case, then "publishing system" would be better. A look at the "huvudprinciper" would clarify the functioning of the system.
