Swedish term or phrase: utgår
Hello

When you have utgår at the end of sentences like:

Villkorets begränsning avseende stöldbegärlig egendom till 25 000 kr ***utgår***

Undantaget avseende gemensamma utrymmen i 6.C.2 enligt villkor PS900 utgår

what exactly does it mean please?

Normally, the verb means "assume" or "deleted" but these are very different meanings. Which one is it for the above please?

Thanks

no longer applies
Explanation:
It's the deleted/removed sense of the word, so in this case maybe 'no longer applies' would work.

agree  Anders Ericsson: With some reservation, grammatically it says "Villkorets begränsning ... utgår" and "no longer applies" would be correct. However if what was intended (people do not always right what they mean) was "25 000 kr utgår", it would be "is being disbursed"

-> Thanks Anders! Yes good point, 'utgår' can also mean 'is paid' so check the context here.

agree  Agneta Pallinder: Agree with Matt's suggestion - but judging from the group of examples given by SafeTex I don't think Anders' reservation is relevant here..
