Hello, I need help verifying the correct translation of "genomföra ett tillträde" in this context. It appears in the following section of an investment notice agreement. Thanks for your help!

Ett tillträde ("Tillträdet") avses att genomföras under [20xx] enligt instruktion från Rådgivaren.

Vid Tillträdet ska Investerare:

(i) teckna och betala för det antal Preferensaktier som behövs för att vardera Investerare ska erhålla sådan andel av Preferensaktier som motsvarar sådan Investerares andel av Totalt Utfäst Kapital, varvid teckningskursen för varje Preferensaktie ska motsvara Preferensaktiens kvotvärde; och

@ "Ett tillträde" Right, it refers to 'A closing shall be completed (is planned for completion) during 20xx ... I was referring to the phrase you entered as term 'genomföra ett tillträde' -- in that formulation, I wouldn't use 'complete a closing,' generally.

And yes 'additional closings' -- I'd say

Asker: Thanks, but "Ett tillträde" is how the text reads. The footnote to this section also states "TBD huruvida man ska reglera eventuella ytterligare tillträden/investerare. So "additional closings"?
