I Sverige gäller tre olika köplagar vid köp av lös egendom, köplagen (1990:931), konsumentköplagen (1990:932) och lagen (1987:822) om internationella köp (CISG) enligt vilken artikel 1-88 och 100 i CISG i originaltexternas lydelse gäller som lag.
