Swedish to English translations [PRO]
Law: Contract(s) / Data privacy
Swedish term or phrase: Cookies - Är tredje part oavsett
This seems to be a standard phrase - I have found translated websites where the "Är tredje part oavsett" is simply missed out, also where it is translated as "Are third parties regardless" - which doesn't make sense to me

The links below are the Swedish and English versions of pretty much the same text that I am translating:

https://mapeplastics.se/policy/

https://mapeplastics.se/policy/?lang=en

The English version is not correct but the links should give the context

Thanks in advance

Cookies - Third-party cookies apart

Explanation:
I take Anders E's point, but the text does go straight on with own cookies and then considers the scenario with third-party cookies.

My first hunch was a privity of contract - rights of third parties - qualification, namely the thrid parties do kave some kind of contractual arrangement with the company.

I don't think so. The German link - like the Swedish one - suggests a mix primarily of first- and, only then as an express 'that apart' default scenario, third-party cookies.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you - my first response was that it was a source error, but the precise phrase comes up in a search more often than is feasible for that. Is the conclusion from your link that the phrase indicates that all cookies used are third-party cookies and there are no first-party cookies used?

Asker: Thanks for your note - I see what you mean about first-party apart from the third-party ones..., and yes, that makes more sense given the source context. However, doesn't the "är" in the source phrase look completely out of place in that case?

Asker: I'm not sure what to do here - in the end I wasn't happy with any answers so told the client (agency) that I was unsure and couldn't find an answer (even from the collective brainpower here) - no feedback yet.
