Swedish term or phrase: resurs saknas
I'm translating an ultrasound referral.

An asylum-seeking woman has been diagnosed pregnant.

On the right side of the document, there is a number (like a personnummer but not quite), followed by her name, followed by this entry:
resurs saknas

Then comes the name of another person as part of a c/o address.

My first thought was that it means "uppgift saknas", i.e. "adress saknas".

But I'm not quite positive; might it imply lack of financial resources, meaning that the woman wasn't able to pay?

And, in any case, what's the standard English equivalent in such contexts? Information missing, simply?

Explanation:
In this case, I would just translate it literally, especially since we don't really know what type of 'recurs' is missing; it could be something generated by the imaging software
