Discontinuance fits for utsättning (perhaps not quite the term I would use however). Re your example "Kommentar till utsättning: bytt till 20mg", this means the reason the patient stopped taking 10 mg was due to a change to the 20 mg tablet.

I was wondering whether I should post two separete questions for "utsatt" and "utsättning" in this case. Here's a bit more context:

Läkemedel: XXXX filmdrageradtablett 10mg
Utsatt: 1 tablett 1 gånger dagligen, stående från ÅÅÅÅ-MM-DD Extern ordination YYYY Vårdcentral
Kommentar till utsättning: bytt till 20mg

Discontinuance, as you mention, which is how the Swedish version of Wikipedia renders the term utsättning, doesn't quite seem to fit the context.

As for exposed, I'd like some confirmation that this is indeed a suitable form of wording here.
