Swedish term or phrase: RAD-ansökan
This is clearly an application submitted as part of registering a patent in Sweden. 'F-ansökan' also appears in the same context. Both appear in a list of dates detailing the application process. Can anyone confirm what they are? Sorry I have no further context.
Apologies for mentioning 'F-ansökan'. The translator has translated this as 'extension application' so I am not asking about that but please correct if that is wrong.

Explanation:
Most Google entries for RAD-ansökan simply say "RAD-ansökan inkommen" followed by a date. I found one document which contained more details regarding the RAD-ansökan and subsequent action. There were several RAD-ansökan requesting changes to be made regarding information for company representatives.

This would affirm the definition Alison provided andring av diarieuppgifter. Perhaps something along the lines of, “request to change information” or “request to change patent information” would work here?

Asker: Thank you for taking the trouble to join the discussion. Yes, we have found 'RAD-ansökan' on patent records but no-one seems able to confirm what 'RAD' stands for. We are probably going to leave the original and enter a suggested translation along the lines of 'registration of amendment to record details’ (registrering av ändring av diarieuppgifter???). Would still appreciate a definite answer from someone.

Asker: In the end I made the suggestion in my above note. I am going to leave this open a bit longer just to see if anyone can come up with a definite answer.
