agree  edwardPVS: I agree 100%. I'm currently translating an open call for the new Katarinaberg Bus Terminal in Slussen. When I Google Image "skissbild" and "artist's impression" I get similar results. (Usually) digital images of how a building will look on completion.

Artist's impression is a correct translation of skissbild in an architectural or built environment context. For confirmation just use Google Images. You'll get hundreds of corresponding results for both the Swedish and the English terms. A "skissbild" is an artist's or architect's (usually digital) impression of what a bullding or development will look like when it's completed. I can't speak for any other contexts that might exist though.
