I think of 'pick your poison' to describe how slang is used so differently around the world, so there are many other possibilities. 'Ball' is a positive or highly positive reference, and my understanding is it is very much Stockholm 'cool' slang (at least originally) from say around the 60s. But this is someone (most likely a guy) describing a women/young woman in positive terms. |
