plow, sowing machine

Explanation:
In the text you quoted, I think that plow and sowing machine should be separated by a comma...

COMMENTS:
In planting, the plow/disc harrow go first to break up the ground and then the sowing machine or seed drill follow to plant the seeds. Sometimes the plow and seed drill are both attached to the tractor so that both things --- plowing and planting can be done at the same time. Usually the plow is a disc plow
also called disc harrow that breaks up the soil into finer pieces in preparation for planting.

USE PLOW...
But since pulluk is used here I would just translate pulluk as plow; disc harrow would normally be called "diskaro" in Turkish.

Seed drill would be an alternative for "sowing machine"...but sowing machine is fine too.
