English translation:Narcil (a smaller kind of coconut)
Explanation:
Narçıl/Narçil is a Persian word and is written as "Nârçîl". In Latin it is "Cocos Nucifera"; however, as far as I understood, it is the smaller version of coconut. (It is also in similar size to walnut)
You can see the links I benefited below. As you said, this fruit is used to make prayer beads.

In some forum web sites, it is written as "narçıl=coconut"

From this point of view, you can use "Narcil (Cocos Nucifera)" or "Cocos Nucifera" , I think...

Narcil

Explanation:
I could find nothing in the internet.
I guess it's possible to write it with a description in brackets: "Narcil (a kind of coconut)" or something like this.

coco de mer or Lodoicea

Explanation:
Referanstaki ifadeye göre;
Yalnızca, Hint Okyanusu’ndaki Seychelles Adalarından Praslin’in bir vadisinde yetişir. Buna göre araştırdığımda sonuç linkini verdiğim meyve çıkıyor. Ancak emin olmak mümkün değil.

From your reference Narçıl is endemic to Praslin island of the of the Seychelles. Checking what is endemic in that region, I came across with that fruit in the link I provided, called coco de mer or Lodoicea. Not possible to be sure.
