agree  Karahan Sisman: sure, geri kazanım is "recycling", but I guess there is something wrong with the question; with the source text. Could it be "geri kazanılanlar konteynırlarda biriktirilecek"?

Asker: It must be "geri kalani' because this makes the most sense and the Turkish source document was full of typos (albeit the translator is still often expected to produce a product more coherent than the original.)
