Turkish term or phrase: RASP

This appears in the "Özel Kesintiler" section of a payslip. I would guess that "SP" stands for "Sigorta Primi". The employer is the Turkish subsidiary of a British company and there is a British insurance company named "RA" so I am guessing that these are premiums paid to this company and so far am using "RA Insurance Premium" for this. I am just guessing, though, and I wonder if anybody is familiar with this abbreviation in this context and knows what it means. The employee's deduction here is shown as "0.00".
