This is used in discussion of how costs to the contracting parties for personnel should be figured or split:

Eg.,

Asgari geçim indirimi eklenmiş, bu kalem normalde diğer IK kalemleri içinde yer almalı...

My guess is that this stands for items under the I(şçi) K(anunu)...but perhaps I'm wrong. Any feedback, ideas, etc. would be appreciated.
