I don't really understand dedğin [? you're speaking of] or the reference to an astronaut in the hallway or a cookie in Copengagen but the exclamation ya yaaraam? Is it just a meaningless interjection? Or does it refer to Gangnam style? I need help.

A common insult now in many languages, it is relatively mild. In English, if we wish to call someone something stronger we would say: 'you stupid prick'. 'Prick' is now the commonest colloquialism for the penis. 'Dick' is less common but nobody would say 'Richard' unless they were being humorous or speaking in front of children. 'James (my grandson) has just accidentally banged me on the Richard. Thanks to all for their help.
