CHARGE SMELTING PROCESS Explanation: Metalurjik bir terim olduğundan smelting kullanılması daha uygundur. Türkçede izabe ve ergitme olarak kullanılmaktadır. Hurda malzeme(scrap materials) ile daha ucuza döküm işlemi gerçekleştirilir. Hurda malzemelerin kimyasal komposizyon aralığı bilinmelidir. Kimyasal kompozisyon aralığı bilinen çelik ve hurda malzemeler ile istenen kimyasal aralıkta döküm elde edebilmek için döküm öncesi şarj hesabı yapılır. Bu hesapta belirlenen oranlardan hurda ve çelik malzemeler ergitilir. Döküm işlemine başlamadan önce spektrometre ile kimyasal komposizyon değerleri ölçülür. İstenen aralıkta ise döküme devam edilir. Eğer istenen aralıkta değilse alaşım elementleri (alloying elements) ilave edilerek döküme devam edilir. Yaptığınız çeviriye yardımcı olabilmek için temel olayları açıklamaya çalıştım.
