We had a nice morning chat with a cup of coffee.
We discussed many things in about an hour, including online translator/interpreter communities, how we find new clients, how we price our work (per hour vs. per word), and of course, Brexit was also mentioned: we talked about what it might mean for our profession. We also talked about commercial and public sector work and what we like about our job. (Interpreting vs. translation, as well.)
