2.1.3.2. General landownership analysis of the entire wind farm area (Layer 3)

The Consultant will undertake a detailed analysis of the landownership situation in the entire wind farm area, based on the borders, approved by EİE. Hereby copies of the land registry will be taken and analyzed for constraints like “2b” and others.

Documents/information to be delivered by the Company: Approved EİE borders of the wind farm.
Deliverable from the Consultant: A report with maps and land registry excerpts, showing constraints due to the landownership situation and preliminary opinions from related local public entities based on a site visit.
