4.1 Test approach
Type testing of a finished product is the normal method for conformity assessment against the requirements of a standard, but complete testing of an entire machine tool at a conventional EMC test site is only technically possible and economically feasible for a limited number of machines. A distinction shall be drawn between type-testable machines and machines which, because of the weight, dimensions, operation or unreasonable testing costs and testing delay, cannot be type-tested as a whole at a conventional EMC test site.
Furthermore, it is necessary to take into account single-piece production and the multitude of types as well as ,
and modifications.
Distinctions shall be drawn between the following cases and shall be taken into account:
type-testable machines;
machines which are not type-testable;
multitude of types;
modifications, additions and expansions.
Each testing procedure for conformity assessment is based on one or a combination of various tests:
type test at the EMC test site;
visual inspection of entire machine tool;
additional tests on entire machine tool ).
5 Emission measurements
Emission measurements shall be performed in accordance with EN 55011 and CISPR 16.
The content of these standards are not repeated here however modifications or additional information needed for the practical application of the testing procedures are given in the present product standard. (These conditions may include in situ measurements as long as they are in accordance with the test methods specified in EN 55011 and CISPR 16).
5.1 Classification and testing procedures
The emission testing procedures are described in the following paragraphs. A flow chart providing an overview of the test procedures is included in the informative Annex E.
5.1.1 Machine tool containing no electromagnetically relevant components
If the machine tool contains no electromagnetically relevant components, no tests have to be carried out.
EXAMPLES Machine tools containing only components such as squirrel cage motors and electromechanical switches.
5.1.2 Machine tool containing electromagnetically relevant components
If the machine tool contains electromagnetically relevant components such as electronic control and power parts (sub-assemblies, sub-systems, etc.), one of the procedures laid down in Table 1 shall be carried out. The test procedure is chosen by the manufacturer based on the characteristics of the machine tool.
Table 1 – Testing procedures

(Applicable for the entire MT) Procedure B
(Applicable for the entire electrical set) Procedure C
(Applicable for electrical or electromechanical modules)
Type test Required Required Required
Visual inspection of entire MT Not required Required Required
Additional tests on entire MT a Not required Not required Required
a Such tests are usually performed in the manufacturers premises.
5.1.2.1 Test procedure A
The machine tool shall be tested according to the emission requirements laid down in this standard (see 5.2 to 5.4 and Annex A).
During measurement, the machine tool shall operate as specified by the manufacturer.
5.1.2.2 Test procedure B
The entire electrical set of the machine tool shall be tested according to the specific emission requirements laid down in this standard (see 5.2 to 5.4 and Annexes A and B) while simulating specific functions to be specified by the manufacturer.
5.1.2.3 Test procedure C
The machine tool shall be divided into modules by the manufacturer in any appropriate fashion to enable the procedure C to be carried out.
After having divided a machine tool into modules, the manufacturer shall classify each module as electromagnetically relevant or irrelevant concerning the emission of the machine tool.
Electromagnetically irrelevant modules need not be tested.
Electromagnetically relevant modules shall be subjected to the following steps:
1) determine which power ports of the machine tool are electrically connected to which port or interfaces of the module (see Annex C, Table C.1);
2) the tests should be applied to all power ports of the module which will be used as external ports in the complete machine tool;
3) the enclosure ports of all modules are considered to be connected to the enclosure port of the machine tool;
4) the module shall be tested according to the emission requirements laid down in this standard (see 5.2 to 5.4 and Annexes A and C) or according to a harmonised European emission standard relevant for the module.
NOTE The machine tool builder does not need to repeat measurements on an EMC compliant module as declared by its manufacturer.
5.2 Configuration of equipment under test
External ports (Signal/Control Ports) not used during the tests shall be connected to a cable of 1,5 m length.
External ports, which are only accessible for commissioning, service and maintenance purposes should not be considered during measurement.
NOTE This should also be considered while applying 6.4.1 “Interconnecting cables” of EN 55011.
Measurements are applied to the relevant ports of the machine tool or the modules as specified in 5.1.2.1 to 5.1.2.3 and the respective annexes.
The machine tool or the module shall be measured while connected to the minimum config¬uration of auxiliary equipment necessary to operate the machine tool or the module as intended.
Auxiliary equipment is equipment which is not part of the machine tool but is required to operate it, for example, programming devices.
During measurement, all devices mounted within the machine that might influence the machine emission shall be in operation (for example automatic tool changer, integrated work piece handling etc.).
NOTE All devices, which are not relevant for the test, for example chip conveyer, coolant equipment or automatic bar loader and feeding systems need not to be present.
The measurements shall be carried out within the specified or typical environmental range for the machine tool and at its rated supply voltage and fre¬quency.
Reference settings below maximum shall be used, preferably at approximately 50 % level.
5.2.1 Configuration of equipment - Procedure A
The machine tool shall be completely set-up and fully assembled. In the sense of a worst case configuration, a machine tool with the maximum amount of axes, spindles, turrets and other for this (modular) machine tool available modules is selected.
During the measurement the machine tool shall be ready for use, this means the machine tool chassis shall be completely installed and closed, the electrical cabinet shall be closed and also the guards of the working area shall be closed.
During the measurement, the machine tool shall run with a representative working program (e.g. program steps, cycle time, speed, power, torque, heating elements with absolute and incremental temperature) in a repetitive manner - but without load. Some machine tools (e.g.: laser machining…) are required to run under machining conditions in order to satisfy this requirement.
Within the working cycle, each EMC-relevant module and each drive of the machine shall be accessed, and furthermore, therein real cutting conditions shall be simulated; no fictive or unrealistic feed rates, nor special NC-modes for testing (e.g. “dry-run”) are allowed. (Normally the test cycle is a part program from the machine tool builder to check the accuracy or the function(´s) of a machine tool which is available since a long time and with great experience based on it).
5.2.2 Configuration of equipment - Procedure B
During measurements, the entire electrical set of the machine tool is operated as intended in a defined typical operating mode while simulating specific functions as described by the manufacturer consistent with usual operation.
A typical machine tool test condition could be the following:
performing a simulation cycle in order to exercise all electromagnetically relevant components or modules;
setting of the differ¬ent function levels, e.g. program steps, cycle time, speed, power, torque, heating elements absolute and incremental temperature.
Type and length of cabling and the connection of the cable shield should be the same as in the actual machine tool.
5.2.3 Configuration of equipment - Procedure C
Test conditions for modules shall be representative of the main functions performed in the applications for which they are intended.
The configuration and loading of ports shall be justified (see test plan).
Cables used during measurement should be of the type specified in the individual equipment requirements.
5.3 Type test of machine tools with various configurations
Machine tools may be based on different configurations, to perform different tasks. These configurations are variants of a complete or complex configuration. The manufacturer (assembler or integrator) can follow the approach below, suggested as a way to simplify his tasks while fully complying with this standard.
The manufacturer should attempt to define the EMC configuration most likely to create the highest emissions. This representative configuration should be defined according to the classification and test approach indicated in 5.1, so that the other possible configurations are deemed to be covered. This assessment should be supported by a technical documentation (e.g. by a block diagram showing electrical and electromechanical modules and associated interconnections).
Once the representative configuration mentioned above is in conformity according to one of the selected test procedures and test arrangements described in 5.1.2 and 5.2, any of the assessed variants or configurations are deemed to fulfil the requirements of this standard without further verification.
When the manufacturer modifies the assessed configuration(s), the new machine tool variant(s) shall be assessed to verify whether it should be considered as a new representative configuration.
Table 2 – Approach to assessment of different configurations
Situation of machine tool
Action
Machine tool manufactured in one or various configurations Test representative configuration (EMC worst case configuration) according to 5.1 to 5.2.
Machine tool modified using electromagnetically irrelevant component Machine tool is deemed to fulfil the relevant emission tests without testing.
Modified using electromagnetically relevant components Reassess the validity of the representative configuration. In case of non-validity, test the new representative configuration according to 5.1 to 5.2.
This “worst case” may be identified by a simple consideration of the various combinations, limited testing, or both. The “worst case” may often be the most complex variant.
5.4 Test plan and test report
5.4.1 Test plan
It is a recommended practice that EMC tests are performed according to an EMC test plan agreed upon by the parties involved in the test.
An EMC test plan is a document setting out the specific practices, resources and sequences of activity relevant to a particular product, service, contract or project.
The configuration, operation and performance of the EUT (equipment under test) and auxiliary equipment are essential information for planning and carrying out EMC tests. Furthermore, the responsibilities for operating the EUT shall be established before the tests commence. (See informative Annex D).
5.4.2 Test report
The test report shall contain or enclose the following minimum information:
identification of the manufacturer or his representative, and the product under test;
the functions of the machine tool which have been assessed;
for procedure C the functions of the electromagnetically relevant module(s) which has/have been assessed;
identification of the ports classified as signal, control, power;
the operating conditions;
the simulation cycle adopted for the test condition;
environmental conditions;
a description of the test facility and the instrumentation used;
test distance, position and reference point of antenna;
a description of the test set-up (e.g. photographs);
a description of the EUT, cables (type, length, connectors) and auxiliary equipment;
operating mode(s) of the EUT;
the test results.
6 Product documentation
Information shall be provided regarding any measures necessary for installation, operation or maintenance to ensure compliance with the EMC requirements, for example the use of grounding, shielded or special cables and maxi¬mum length as well as the correct bonding.
Machine tools are primarily intended for use in an industrial environment. In the documentation for the user a statement shall be included drawing attention to the fact that there may be potential difficulties in ensuring radio frequency protection in other environments.
The chosen procedure for complying to this standard (A, B or C) should be reported in the product documentation.

- obrábací stroj, ktorý je možné vyskúšať typovou skúškou;
- stroj, ktorý nie je možné vyskúšať typovou skúškou;
- množstvo typov;
- varianty, možnosť doplnkov a rozšírenia stroja;
Každý postup posúdenia zhody vychádza z jednej skúšky alebo kombinácii rôznych skúšok:
- typová skúška v laboratóriu EMC
- obhliadka celého obrábacieho stroja;
5.1 Klasifikácia a skúšobné postupy
Skúšobné postupy sú popísané v nasledovných odsekoch. Postupový diagram poskytujúci prehľad skúšobných postupov je obsiahnutý v informatívnej Prílohe E.
5.1.1 Obrábací stroj, ktorý neobsahuje elektromagneticky závažné súčasti
Ak obrábací stroj neobsahuje elektromagneticky závažné súčasti, skúšky sa nemusia robiť.
PRÍKLADY Obrábací stroj obsahuje len motory s kotvou nakrátko a elektromechanické spínače.

5.1.2.1 Skúšobný postup A
1) určí sa , ktoré výkonové porty obrábacieho stroja s ktorými portami alebo rozhraniami modulu sú elektricky spojené (pozri Prílohu C, Tabuľku C1);
2) skúšky platia na všetky výkonové porty modulu, ktoré budú použité v celom obrábacom stroji ako externé porty ;
3) porty krytia na všetkých moduloch sa považujú za pripojené na port krytia celého obrábacieho stroja;
50 %.
5.2.1 Zostava zariadení – Postup A
Obrábací stroj musí byť kompletne rozmiestnený a úplne zostavený.
Obrábací stroj musí byť počas merania pripravený k použitiu, to znamená že rám obrábacieho stroja musí byť kompletne zostavený a uzavretý, elektrická skrinka musí byť zavretá a musia byť uzavreté taktiež ochranné kryty pracovného priestoru.
Počas merania musí byť obrábací stroj v chode v reprezentačnom pracovnom programe (napr. programové kroky, čas cyklu, rýchlosť, výkon, moment, ohrievacie prvky s absolútnou a prírastkovou teplotou) v opakovacom režime avšak bez záťaže. U niektorých obrábacích strojov (napr. s laserovým obrábaním....) sa vyžaduje chod v podmienkach obrábania preto aby sa splnila táto požiadavka.
Počas pracovného cyklu, musí byť v činnosti každý modul význačný z hľadiska EMC a každé riadenie pohonu a okrem toho v ňom musia byť simulované skutočné podmienky obrábania.
- vykonávanie simulácie chodu aby sa preskúšali všetky elektromagneticky významné súčasti alebo moduly ;
- nastavenie rôznych úrovní funkcií napr. programových krokov, doby cyklu, rýchlosti, výkonu, momentu, ohrievanie prvkov s absolútnou a prírastkovou teplotou.
Zostava a zakončenia portov musia byť doložené (pozri skúšobný plán).

1.3 General Operation Instructions
The operation resp. installation instructions are to be read carefully before putting the unit into operation.
The installation and connection of the switch cupboard and / or the unit have to be carried out by an expert under consideration of these operation resp. installation instructions.
Connection regulations for earthing and protective circuit have to be carried out as per local specifications for electrical facilities.
During the initial operation all functions must be checked. Motor protecting switch resp. overload relay have to be set to the corresponding rated current by owner (with switch cupboards).
The overload relays adjusted by the manufacturer as well the proportioning of the fuse absolutely may not be changed.
FUSES MAY NEVER BE PATCHED UP !!!
The unit must absolutely be connected into the equipotential bonding. If the installation is equipped with a mast, e.g. with wind measuring facilities, the mast has to be connected to the lightning protection.
2 General
The safety of your hall or roof depends on the faultless operation of the blower. It is therefore in your own interest to precisely follow the enclosed operation manual.
The ventilation unit consists of a main blower with an electric motor and the reserve blower with a diesel motor. Both drives are mechanically and electrically independent of one another and ensure the stability of your hall during a power outage or mechanical defect by automatically switching from the main drive to the reserve blower.
Should the electric motor stop because of an electrical or mechanical disturbance (torn V-belt), the reserve motor will start and maintain the hall pressure. When the electric motor starts again, the reserve motor will automatically turn off.
Precisely observe the specifications listed in the schematic for the electrical connections.
All equipment undergoes a function check and final inspection in the factory. This way we can guarantee that the equipment - as far as included in the scope of delivery - is fully functional.
However, it could happen that during transportation the tension on the V-belts could loosen, for example. Therefore we request that a brief start-up inspection be completed prior to start-up.
1. Check V-belt tension on the main and eserve blowers. Retighten if the V-belts allow more than 2 cm of play when pressed.
2. Check the movability of the flap trap on the reserve blower outlet and on the fresh air inlet of the main blower.
3. Check the oil level in the diesel motor.
2.1 Covering the S+H / Nolting Blower
It is recommended to provide the blower with some weather protection or an appropriate housing.
In any case, measures should be taken to provide the blower with sufficient fresh air intake. At least the cross section of the unit’s fresh air intake should be kept free.
Weather protection will considerably increase the functional efficiency and life of your system.
3 Inflating and Start-Up
Follow exactly the order of these operating instructions during the initial start-up.
1. Connect the power supply according to the circuit diagram data. Ensure that the onsite back-up fuses are adequately dimensioned!
2. Build the air duct connections from the blowers to the hall. It is crucial not to constrict the cross section areas of the air exit and intake openings (inlet air and return air) from the blower to the hall. Assure that the airducts are not buckled or have tight bends. In addition, the blower opening for inlet air in the hall must be as large as the free cross section of the blower opening for the outlet connection.
Keep the intake opening clear of leaves, ice, snow, foil scraps, etc.
3. Check that the V-belts and the fastening screws are properly attached.
4. Turn on the main switch. The main switch is installed in the control cabinet.
5. Set the control switch (blower) in the control cabinet to “0”.
6. Start-up the diesel motor according to Section III of this operating manual.
Check the main blower’s rotation direction by briefly turning on the selector switch for the main blower (observe the rotation arrow on the fan). Change an incorrect rotation direction by simply reversing the polarity of the supply lead.
7. Close the return air flap.
8. Throttle the quantity setting in the main blower’s inlet air.
9. Switch the main blower into the “BLOW” setting to inflate the hall. It could happen that the factory set overcurrent relay will trip. This is not a defect in the system, nor is the motor rating insufficient, rather the output of the blower is designed for a hall pressure of approx. 3.0 mbar (30 mm water column). If this counterpressure is not present, the power consumption increases and the motor protection relay trips.
At the beginning, throttle the air supply at the inlet air quantity setting.
While inflating, check the motor’s rated current by a clip-on ammeter and at the same time constantly monitor the hall pressure.
CAUTION:
If the pressure should climb above the desired value, immediately open the air circulation flap slowly yet steadily until the pressure falls below the desired value again. If the pressure climbs while the air circulation flap is open, slowly close the fresh air flap. After that continue adjusting.
Do not adjust the factory set motor protection relay !!!
10. The inflated air-supported hall will now be adjusted to the standard internal pressure given by the hall manufacturer.
11. PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT
a) Completely open the inlet air quantity setting.
b) Set the return air according to the hall’s internal pressure. In case the return air is completely opened yet the internal pressure in the hall is still higher than the given pressure, throttle the fresh air and/or the inlet air accordingly with the adjustment lever.
c) A very dense hall anchorage could make it necessary to considerably throttle the inlet air. When in heating operation, this could cause the heat to disperse inadequately which will activate the regulating thermostat and in turn cut out the burner. Hence, the hall will not warm up.
In this case, the only possibility is to decrease the fan rotation speed. This work should only be done by our personnel or by professionals in consultation with us.
12. Regulate the reserve blower after undertaking the necessary adjustments to the main blower for hall operation.
a) Set the reserve blower control switch located on the switch box to “AUTOMATIC” (reserve blower should not start yet).
b) Move the main blower control switch in the control cabinet from “BLOW” to “O”. The reserve blower will start automatically.
c) Set the pressure of the reserve blower by regulating the quantity of its intake air. Change the pressure setting only when the blower is stopped.
d) After regulating the hall pressure, switch the blower on the hot air unit back to “BLOW”. The reserve blower will automatically switch off and will remain in readiness to start (automatic).
A T T E N T I O N - DIESEL ENGINE - A T T E N T I O N !!!
Never start when diesel engine is running or running out.
WARNING – thoothed wheel may break!
The operating method AUTOMATIC is not allowed to be chosen in those modes of operation in which the possibility of frequent connections or start-ups of the diesel engine exists by the min. pressure monitoring, as for example during the inflation period of the air dome the operating method AUTOMATIC may never be used.
Only the operating mode O or MANUALLY is allowed.
4 Diesel motor
Follow the attached diesel motor operating manual precisely.
START-UP (mains supply must be present).
1. -Fill with fuel - approx. 110 liters
-Open fuel tap
-Lever setting: flow direction ”OPEN”
-Close fuel tap when working on the machine !
-Ventilating the fuel system according to the HATZ operating manual is only necessary when the fuel tank has run empty
2. Direct the pressure gauging tube for the pressure cell through the air duct into the hall and, after raising the hall, fasten it to the hall surface with the opening pointed downward approx. 0.5 meters above the hall floor.
3. For the initial check, set the MANUAL-O-AUTOMATIC switch to “MANUAL”. Thereserve blower will start. After approx. one minute, the motor can be shut off - switch setting “O”.
4. Only move the selector switch into “AUTOMATIC” after the air-supported hall has been inflated.
MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES (according to device construction)
The scheduled motor maintenance intervals can be determined by the operating hours counter. Motor maintenance can be done by a HATZ authorized service center.
4.1 eekly test-run for approx. 1/2 hour
Set main blower on “BLOW”. Let combustion chamber cool off for approx. 10 minutes, then move main blower control switch to “O”. The reserve blower will start automatically.
At the same time, the internal combustion engine’s generator battery will be charged. The charging current is not indicated.
In addition to the test-run and maintenance procedures, records should be kept precisely; only this will ensure accurate control over the service intervals.
CHECK THE WATER LEVEL OF THE BATTERY !!!
Check V-belt tension. Retighten if they allow more than 1.5 - 2 cm of play when pressed.
During the motor inspection, performed by a manufacturer’s authorized service center, the tightness of the nuts and bolts of the motor and blower structure should also be checked.
Keep the intake screen free of dirt and leaves as well as from hoarfrost, snow and ice.
Drain any possibly collected condensed water from the pressure gauging tube for the pressure cell. For this, move the control switch from “AUTO” to “O” and remove the tube on the pressure cell in the blower. Next blow-out the tube towards the hall. Finally use a hose clamp to reconnect the tube to the pressure cell and reset the switch to “AUTO”.
4.2 Motor failure
During a motor failure, a signal will sound after a time (approx. 1/2 minute). This can be turned off by moving the ’MANUAL-O-AUTOMATIC” switch to “O”.
Do not adjust the timer relay in the control cabinet. It is set in the factory.
4.3 Reasons for motor failure
Lack of fuel
Refill fuel. Check fuel tap “OPEN” setting.
Lack of motor oil
Check oil level - refill if necessary.
Battery power too low to start the motor
Check the floating device and water level, charge the battery.
Have the battery checked annually by a specialist workshop.
Check that the pole shoes on the battery are firmly attached and remove any visible corrosion on the pole shoe connections.
Inspect the fuses in the control cabinet as well as the electrical installation and cable connections. In this case, we recommend contracting an electric motor specialist workshop.
FUNCTION FAILURES IN THE AUTOMATIC SWITCH-OVER FROM MAIN BLOWER TO RESERVE BLOWER
could have the following causes:
a) loose cable connection (check clamping joint on the terminal strip)
b) defective tacho-generator on the main blower fan or distance between encoder and cam is too large or dirty.
or according to device construction
check the pressure control device on the V-belt monitor.
4.4 Automatic switch-over function
A complete blower system consists of two blower units:
The main support-air blower, driven by an electric motor and the reserve blower, driven in emergency operation by an internal combustion motor.
The main support-air blower is designed as an air heater.
Should the main support-air blower stop because of an electrical or mechanical disturbance (torn V-belt), the reserve blower will start and maintain the hall pressure. When the main support-air blower starts again, the reserve blower will automatically turn off.
Controlling the automatic switch-over is done by:
1 a pressure cell as minimum pressure contact. The reserve blower is turned on when falling below the set value.
2 a switch contact in the power system protection. The reserve blower is turned on during a power outage.
3 a tacho-switch that monitors the speed set in the switch box with a cam on the main blower shaft. The reserve blower is turned on when falling short of the basic speed setting.
or according to device construction
pressure control device on the V-belt monitor.
Further details can be found in the separately enclosed operating instructions
“V-BELT MONITORING WITH TACHO-SWITCH”

“V-BELT MONITORING WITH PRESSURE CONTROL DEVICE”.
4.5 Possible failures w. automatically starting diesel motor
1 Power outage
1.1 Restore the electricity supply, in case the signal light “MAIN BLOWER FAILURE” illuminates, release the motor protection relay in the switch cabinet (mounted on the mains contactor - red or blue release button).
2 Pressure Loss
2.1 Determine and overcome the cause
2.1.1 Possible causes of pressure loss
2.1.1.1 Foil or other debris in the fresh air intake (clean).
Fresh air intake screen could be covered with ice. Remove ice, frost and snow.
2.1.1.2 Torn V-belt (replace - always in pairs with the same length).
To do this, close the air circulation flap. Close the intake quantity setting on the main blower during all maintenance and repair work.
2.1.2 When blowing with fresh air filters, clean the filters (replace if necessary) at fixed intervals.
If the filters are covered with ice, remove immediately and reinsert in due course.
5 Blowing operation
Move the control switch to “BLOW” and the blower will run.
The blower will run continuously when functioning as a support-air blower in the summer without burner operation.
Also choose this operation if the blower should be switched out of the “HEATING” setting (i.e. diesel test-run).
The residual heat will be blown out of the unit , during a 10 minute after-blowing phase, and thereby damage to the external housing and combustion chamber will be prevented.
6 Heating operation
Starting-up the burner is only possible when the fan is running. Move the control switch from “BLOW” to the “HEATING” position.
When the temperature control is correctly installed and adjusted, the oil or gas burner will begin heating the air and will turn itself off after the desired temperature has been reached.
An installed inlet air sensor (min. limit) prevents cold air from being blown into the hall and causing a draft. This sensor is installed with the regulator and safety thermostats in the unit’s air inlet channel.
The regulator and safety thermostats prevent the unit from overheating. If - for whatever reason - the main blower suddenly fails when the unit is heated, it could happen that after turning the main blower back on, the burner won’t start without indicating any error even if heat is required.
In this case, activate the release button on the triple thermostat (located in the air inlet channel).
6.1 Heating element (condensate discharge)
The stationary hot air generator for air-supported halls is equipped with a stainless steel heat exchanger for partially condensed operation.
ATTENTION!
The screw nuts at the inspections cover of the heating element should be checked on tight fit after about 25 – 30 heating hours, to prevent against possible leakages by heat distortion. This should also be done after each cleaning or maintenance.
Between the seasons, interruptions in the burner operation can cause condensation in the partial load range.
Remove this condensate according to local waste water regulations or the ATV-leaflet M 251 (discharging condensates from heating systems into public sewage systems).
The nature and quantity of the condensate depends on fuel composition as well as type of combustion.
In general, draining the condensate can only be done when the pH-value measured at the point of discharge is > 6.5.
Neutralization may be required, depending on the nature of the condensate.
7 Temperature Control System with 2 Temperature Controllers
This type of temperature control system consists of 2 temperature controllers and a time control. The devices are built into the switch cabinet.
An automatic switch-over from day to night operation is done by the time control.
Separat adjustment potentiometers are available on the regulators for each the day and night temperature.
The temperature controllers can be set from – 10°C to + 40°C.
7.1 Time Control
An automatic change between day and night operation is made by the time control. The adjustment of the time control is done by markers (tabs). The time control is equipped with a power reserve.
Please consider the separately enclosed operating instructions for temperature control and automatic time control.
7.2 Thermostates and Time Control (view)
7.3 Temperature Probe (view)
To acquire the temperature two probes are required, which are tightly mounted in the recirculating air connection piece of the unit.
7.4 Min. Injection Temperature
The compact unit is equipped with a temperature control system, which monitors the injection temperature into the hall.
As soon as the temperature drops under the set value, the burner starts running.
After switching off the burner has a after-running time of about 3 minutes in order to reach a longer operating time.
The thermostat of the min. injection temperature is located in the triple thermostat.
7.5 Burner with Thermostat 1st and 2nd Step (According to Type of Unit)
The burner is equipped with a 1st and 2nd step-thermostat. This thermostat changes the burner down to the 1st step when the preset temperature has been reached.
By this a longer operation time of the burner is reached and the hall temperature becomes more constant.
If the hall temperature remains under the preset value and there is further demand of the room thermostat the burner again changes to step 2.
The setting of the thermostat should be at least about 70 °C. The thermostat is located in the air intake channel next to the combined control unit.
8 Belt tensioning
Proper belt tension is crucial to prevent bearings and drive shafts from overloading. Only retighten the belts so much that they do not slip when starting. After tightening, the belts should give roughly 1.5 to 2.0 cm - depending on belt length - when pressed.
NEVER use old and new V-belts on the same pulley.
Retighten belts within the first 50 operating hours. Make certain that the motor tensioning rocker is firmly attached.
Check all screws for firm attachment within the first 100 operating hours during the first month of operation.
9 Fan bearings
Regrease all bearings with a lubricating nipple, at least once a year, using a quality ball bearing grease. Bearings without a lubricating nipple are maintenance free.
10 Repair work on the main blower
The inlet air flap must be CLOSED when doing repair work on the main blower (heating element or fan) in an inflated air-support structure.
After completing the repair work, appropriately reset the inlet air flap and check the hall pressure for 30 to 60 minutes, readjust if necessary.
11 Care and cleaning of the heating element
After each heating phase, the chimney smoke flues and the combustion chamber must be cleaned. The heating tubes should also be cleaned. The hot air blower can only be cleaned on the burner side and to a small part from the smoke outlet. The cover plate with insulation next to the burner should be detached and the two heat exchanger covers located behind it should be removed. The chimney smoke flues should be cleaned and then the inspection cover should be screwed back on tightly to prevent any smoke from escaping into the airstream through a leak.
To clean the combustion chamber, remove the burner and use a special soot vacuum to remove the deposits.
ATTENTION!
The screw nuts at the inspections cover of the heating element should be checked on tight fit after about 25 – 30 heating hours, to prevent against possible leakages by heat distortion. This should also be done after each cleaning or maintenance.
Its is absolutely necessary to also carefully read and observe the enclosed individual instructions.

12 Operating instructions V-Belt monitoring with pressure control
The system is equipped with a V-belt-monitoring. The fan is controlled by a differential pressure switch on the suction and pressure side.
If no differential pressure is built up during operation the system switches off time-delayed and the signal lamp of failure of V-belt is switched on.
After having repaired the failure the V-belt¬monitoring has to be unlocked at the switch cupboard.
Unlocking is made by pressing the release key
or
by switching the monitoring switch of the particular fan once into position '0'
Should the fan stops for example because of a defective or not properly stretched V-belt the failure is realized and is
-indicated by a signal lamp in the door of the switch cupboard
and/or
-with units for air inflated structures there is made a change-over to the stand-by-unit.
12.1 Mode of operation
The V-belt-monitoring is provided with a start by-pass. The time for the start by¬pass is about 5-10 sec. As soon as the control switch is switched on time is running. During this time a differential pressure must be built up, otherwise it is switched over to malfunction.
ATTENTION!
The adjustments ex works may not be changed.
12.2 Maintenance
ATTENITON!
Maintenance work is only allowed to be carried out when the fan is switched off and secured against switching on.
The maintenance intervals differ according to the type of unit, but should be carried out twice a year at least.
With failure 'V-belt' it must be checked on break respectively slipping through. If the V-belt has broken please make a change. If the unit consists of more than one belt all the belts have to be changed. It is most important to make sure that all the V-belts do come from the same production series. When slipping through the V-belt has to be stentered.
You will find further important information under
operating instructions (change of V-belt)

13 Operating instructions for charge electronics
The charge monitoring served for the automatic loading of batteries up to a voltage at begin of gassing of for example 13.5 V.
Does a user remain under the switching threshold of for example 13 V that charging circuit is closing agian.
By this method is guaranteed that the battery cannot be overloaded and the present power supply does not effect the loading condition.
The electronics contain the bridge connected rectifier and the heat sink, so that only the transformer alternating voltage (at least 14 V) and the plus/minus pole of the battery have to be connected.
A green LED-light indicates that the battery is loading.
Both the red LED-lights indicate that the battery has been loaded.
The charging currant has been adjusted to about 1.5 A ex works. If the battery is unloaded charging can last up to 50 hours.
13.1 Replacement of battery conservation electronics
A replacement of the battery conservation electronics against a battery charge electronics is unproblematic.
In most cases the new charge electronics can be installed by means of the angle brackets in the same place. Please consider the daylight.
Attention:
If charge electronics are connected wrong they will be destroyed.
Exchange of new charge electronis:
The power supply takes place at the incoming side at the binders 15 VAC. The colour of the wiring for both the wires is lilac.
At the outcoming side the brown wire is connected to binder (-) and the white one to binder (+).
13.2 Lining up
The charge electronic is supplied lined up. Anyway aging and tolerances of components may lead to a drift of potential adjustment.
A lining up will become necessary only if the charge electronic did not switch off with stopped stand-by unit at about 13.5 V battery tension, measured at the pole binders (green LED does not give light).
Please pay attention that a new battery is used for this check.
The lining up can only be carried out by Messrs. NOLTING.
For further important information on this theme please consult the records
Operating instructions battery.
14 Presure measuring hose
For pressure monitoring differential pressure switches or, for pressure regulation, differential pressure transmitters are used to record the pressure.
These components are connected to the roof or to the hall by means of pressure measuring hoses.
Route the pressure measuring hose with a slope towards the roof or to the hall to prevent the accumulation of condensed water.
Note!
Pressure monitoring or pressure regulation no longer function correctly if condensate has accumulated in the pressure measuring hose.
Prevent condensate formation with appropriate means for locations which do not permit the sloped routing of the hose towards its opening and where the formation of condensate can be expected.
This is done with condensate traps interconnected at the lowest point of the pressure measuring hose.
Irrespective of the type of condensate separator, check the pressure mesuring hose for condensate and clogging at regular intervals.
Blow out any condensate possibly accumulated.
To blow out the measuring hose, first disconnect the measuring hose from the hose nozzle at the control box.
Blowing out is then performed towards the roof or towards the hall.
If access to the measuring hose is awkward, for blowing out purposes the measuring hose can also be extended.
Attention !
We strongly recommend to perform this work on a dry day without wind (no precipitation whatsoever).
Blowing out of the measuring hose is different for balloon halls and roofs.
Balloon roofs
To blow out the measuring hose, switch the stand-by blower to “MANUAL” and switch the main blower off.
Then disconnect the measuring hose from the hose nozzle of the pressure monitor and blow out the hose towards the hall.
Subsequently reattach the measuring hose on the hose nozzle and secure with the hose clip.
Switch stand-by blower again to “AUTOMATIC” and check its function.
Roofs
To blow out the measuring hose, switch off the blower.
Experience shows that the roof will hold for approx. 2 to 5 minutes dependent on its degree of sealing, and then starts to come slowly down.
Blowing and reconnection of the measuring hose must have been performed during this time.
Disconnect the measuring hose from the hose nozzle of the pressure monitor and blow out the hose towards the hall.
Subsequently reconnect the measuring hose on the hose nozzle and secure with the hose clip.
Switch on the blower.
Following this work, check the hall pressure for approx. one half to one hour and correct, if necessary.
15 Nolting adjusting lever on units for air inflated structures
Additionally to the inscription stamped on the adjusting lever and direction signs a yellow sign with red letters is fixed to the return air connection piece, on which the moving direction of the adjusting lever is also indicated.
Further the rotation axis of the circulation air flap is fixed to the return air connection air flap is provided with a notch, which exactly shows the opening angle respectively the flap position.
The adjusting lever is protected by a milled nut. In order to adjust the flap the milled nut must be released at first.
After the new adjustment the milled nut must be tightened again by hand.
16 Triple Thermostat
The triple thermostat consists of three independently operating thermostats.
MIN Thermostat
TL Temperature Limiter
STL Safety Temperature Limiter
The MIN-thermostat has a special function in air-inflated structures. A minimum injection temperature is set at this thermostat. The original setting for this is approx. 10º C. When maintaining the night temperature, this function is not in operation. The manual/automatic lever for this is set at AUTO.
The temperature limiter switches the burner off when the actual temperature exceeds the set temperature and back on when the actual temperature falls back under the set temperature. The original setting is approx. 75 to 80º C, depending on the installation.
The safety temperature limiter (STB) switches the burner off when it exceeds the fixed setting of 100º C. After disengaging, the cause must be remedied and the STB manually reset again.
Causes for disengaging could be:
Foil in front of the fresh air opening
Dirty filter
Fire shutter has closed
Fan motor
• Overcurrent relay has disengaged
• The motor’s back-up fuse in the Nolting switch cabinet is defective.
• The on-site back-up fuse in sub-main distribution is defective
Torn V-Belt
V-Belt must be retightened
17 Fuse Diagram
The installation’s electrical components are protected by fuses against overloads and shorts.
The fuses are installed in the control cabinet and are accessible when the control cabinet door is opened.
Never change the rating of the fuses.
Repairing fuses is prohibited !!
Different fuses show if they are damaged in different ways.
Neozed or Diazed Fuses
If a fuse is damaged, it is apparent because the indicator will be loose.

19 Pressure Control with Wind Control and Recirculating Air Jalousie (Depending on Type of Unit)
The blowing engine is equipped with a wind control which enables to automatically switch to a higher presure in the case of a higher wind speed.
When adjusting the pressure firstly the storm pressure and secondly the normal pressure is to be set.
The adjustment of the cut-in delay, switch-off delay and the set-value wind is possible, in that the potentiometers are turned a little. The electronics then recognises this operation and switches the LED-display to a new position.
After the adjustment had been carried out, the present wind speed is again displayed after a few seconds.
UNITS USED:
- Switch-on/cut-in delay display = seconds
- Switch-off delay display = minutes
- Wind speed set value display = km/h
19.1 Mode of Operation
If the wind set value is passed during the switching time-delay, the output relay is switched on.
If the set value falls below the threshold, the output relay is switched off once the switch-off time delay has expired.
19.2 Adjustment of the Wind Pressure (mechanically)
The adjustment of the wind pressure is done by switching on the wind control at the front of the control cabinet and by setting all adjusting values of the evaluation electronics (in the control cabinet) to the lowest value.
The wind sensor must be turned carefully (during wind speed the sensor is turning itself) till the red LED-display on the evaluation electronics lights.
The hall pressure is now set by means of the control lever of the fresh air respectively the air intake flap.
19.3 Control Switch for Wind Control O-AUTO-ON
With this control switch you can turn the wind control on and off.
In position ‚AUTO‘ the normal pressure is set with wind speeds below the switching threshold X.
If the wind speed increases for longer than ca. 10 seconds over the set value X, the increased hall pressure is driven.
If the wind speed drops, normal hall pressure is again switched on after a time-delay of around 30 minutes.
In switch position ‚ON‘ the increased hall pressure is constantly driven.
In switch position ‚O‘ the wind control is switched off.
19.4 For the adjustment of the normal pressure
the final position switch must be pre-set on the actuacting drive.
For this the stopping screw in the centre of the adjusting disk must be loosened and the requested switching point must be set by turning the adjusting disk.
Now the wind control must be switched off at the front of the control cabinet.
The return air flap starts to open and is limited electrically by the built on final position switch.
If the requested hall pressure is reached, the pressure setting is concluded.
19.5 If the hall pressure is too low
the limiting must start a little earlier. For this the wind control must be switched on again so that the return air flap can close again. Now the switching point – as described above – can be changed a little.
Switch off the wind control again. The return air flap now opens again, and the pressure is to be checked again.
19.6 If the hall pressure is too high
the limiting must start a little later. For this the wind control must be switched on again, so that the return air flap will close again.
Now the switch point – as described above – can be changed a little.
The wind control is to be switched off again. The return air flap now opens again and the pressure must be checked again.
The above mentioned adjusting work eventually must be repeated in order to adjust the requested hall pressure.
After the adjustment the wind control must be set.
The switching-on delay-time is to be set to about 10 seconds, the switching-off delay-time is to be set to about 30 minutes, the set point for the wind pressure is to be set to about 50 km/h.
ATTENTION!
The hall pressure must be checked for half an hour till one hour and – if necessaary – a readjustment is to be made.
19.7 Wind Sensor (Wind Speed Indicator)
The wind sensor provides with a proportional impulse figure to the wind speed. The units are to drive the control apparatus WWNOL.
The wind sensor consists of weatherproof material. The impeller blade is made of plastic. The tube housing is made of aluminium. The slewable part has double ball bearings and the impeller blade is constructed as splash water trap. The complete unit is maintenance free.
19.8 Assembly of Wind Sensor
For installation the wind sensor must be fastened at a mast which is mounted on top of a building or at the side.
The choice of location must guarantee, that the wind sensor is mounted at an open place and not in a sheltered zone of buildings or trees.
ATTENTION!
The mast of the wind sensor must be connected to a lightning protection ground.

20 Operating Instructions Snow Control
The purpose of the snow control system is to automatically switch over to an increased pressure and to permanent operation of the burner during constant snow fall.
ATTENTION:
Before the snow control can be switched on, the pressure at the wind control must be adjusted manually.
20.1 Function
The control consists of a rain sensor and a temperature monitoring. The rain sensor registers the snow through the humidity, the temperature control monitors the temperature below the set value.
If both the disturbances occur – rain and temperature – the snow control changes over to the higher pressure.
The rain control needs not to be set, only the surface must be be cleaned regularly.
The temperature control is to be set to the outside temperature at which normally snow falls. The basic setting is about 1 °C.
The response of the snow control is time delayed, so that the pressure will not be increased during slight snow fall.
The time delay for the change over can be set and is preset to about 5 minutes ex works.
The time delay for switching off can also be set and is preset to about 30 minutes ex works.
Set the snow control with the monitoring switch to the requested mode of operation.
In switch position ‚0‘ the snow control is switched off.
In switch position ‚AUTO‘ the installation works as described above. In switch position ‚HAND‘ the installation is switched on permanently.
During snow fall the temperature control is stopped – the burners of all the units are running in continuous process. The controlling or monitoring now in each case is taken over by the combined controller.
If it comes to an unexpected intensive snow fall within a short time the installation can be run in the operational mode ‚HAND‘. The time delay is out of function in this mode of operation.
21 Precipitation Monitor
21.1 Description
On the beginning of the precipitation event the rain drop for ex. moistures the sensor area and makes a conductive contact between the electrodes. By this, a relay is cut through and the controlling event is done.
The sensor area is heated in two levels. Heating level 1 is switched-on constantly in order to prevent ice and dew from forming. Heating level 1 is switched-on when the sensor is moistened and makes the surface dry-up as soon as possible. After drying-up of the sensor area the second level is switched-off again.
21.2 Installation
The precipitation monitor is screwed on a plane vertical surface with its angle plate , or is mounted onto a mast ( 30...50 mm) by means of its mounting clamp. Please make sure that the falling rain is not disturbed.
21.3 Technical Data

Attention!
When taking into operation the instrument, it is ready for use only after the switch-off-delay (approx. 5,5 min).
21.4 Maintenance
A layer of dirt can form on the sensor surface as a result of atmospheric pollution, This dirt has an isolating effect, and can lead to short-circuits. An accurate signal cannot be set off by the falling rain. Therefore the sensor surface has to be cleaned with a light cleaner at regular intervals, without damaging it.
22 Humidity Control (According to Type of Unit)
The humidity control consists of an actuating drive with spring return-motion, acting on an outside air flap and a hygrostat.
If the air humidity in the hall exceeds the set value, the flap opens with the result that the change of air increases.
The admustment of the requested air humidity at the hygrostat differs from system to system and must be carried out by the body who runs the facility.
The hygrostat for controlling is mounted at the air flap.
During storm warnings the flap closes or remains closed.
ATTENTION!
With an open flap the hall pressure drops a little. Check exactly to what extent the pressure drops. It might be necessary to set the normal pressure to a higher value.
Should the pressure drop so much that the stand-by unit starts working, please contact the supplier of the unit.
During pressure adjusting the flap must be closed.
23 Min. Pressure Control – Stand-By Engine
The stand-by engine is equipped with two pressure control systems.
The first pressure control switches the stand-by engine on, the second
one switches the engine off.
The pressure control systems supervise in switch position ‚AUTO‘ the
inside pressure of the air inflated structure or roof.
If the pressure remains under the set value of ‚ON‘ the stand-by engine
is switched on, if the set value ‚OFF‘ is exceeded, the stand-by engine
is switched off automatically.
The operating time is extended by this and the stand-by engine is not
clocking so often any longer. The adjustment of both the pressure con-
trols must be coordinated with the manufacturers of the air inflated
structure or roof.
The pressure controls are adjusted as follows ex works:
ON – pressure control about 1.2 mbar (stand-by engine switches on)
OFF – pressure control about 2.0 mbar (stand-by engine switches off)
View of Component
The pressure control is an option and built in depending on type of unit.

Ak používate výrobok ktorý prichádza do styku s el. napätím, musia byť dodržané platné nariadenia harmonizovaných európskych technických noriem najmä VDE 0100 a VDE 0700.
Nafukovacia jednotka pozostáva z hlavného ventilátora s elektrickým motorom a zo záložného ventilátora s naftovým motorom.
Všetky zariadenia prechádzajú u výrobcu funkčnou kontrolou a konečnou kontrolou.
Ochrana proti pôsobeniu vonkajšej klímy v každom prípade zvýši prevádzkovú spoľahlivosť a životnosť vášho systému.
3 Uvedenie do prevádzky a nafukovanie
Počas uvádzania do prevádzky dodržte presne postupnosť týchto prevádzkových inštrukcií.
3. Kontrolujte klinové remene a dostatočné utiahnutie upevňovacích skrutiek.
4. Zapnite hlavný vypínač. Hlavný vypínač je umiestnený v ovládacej skrinke.
5. Vypínač motora ventilátora v ovládacej skrinke prepnite do „O“.
6. Naštartujte naftový motor podľa Kapitoly 4 tohto návodu na obsluhu.
Skontrolujte smer otáčania hlavného ventilátora krátkodobým zapnutím prepínača voľby hlavného ventilátora (pozorujte rotujúcu šípku na ventilátore). V prípade nesprávneho otáčania upravte smer jednoduchým prepólovaním vodičov napájania.
7. Uzavrite klapku spätného vzduchu.
8. Privrite klapku objemu vzduchu na výstupe z ventilátora .
Pri plnení kontrolujte pripojeným ampérmetrom menovitý prúd motora a súbežne kontrolujte tlak v hale
U P O Z O R N E N I E
Ak by tlak v hale stúpol nad požadovanú hodnotu, okamžite pomaly pootvorte klapku spätného vzduchu pokiaľ tlak opäť neklesne pod požadovanú hodnotu. Ak by tlak stúpal aj pri pootvorenej klapke spätného vzduchu, pomaly privrite klapku čerstvého vzduchu. Potom pokračujte v regulácii.
Nikdy neprestavujete relé nadprúdovej ochrany motora nastavené
výrobcom !!!
10. Vzduchom plnená hala bude nastavená na štandardný vnútorný tlak daný výrobcom haly.
11. NASTAVENIE TLAKU
a) Úplne otvorte reguláciu objemu prívodu vzduchu.
c) Veľmi extrémne kotvenie by mohlo haly vyžadovať značné privretie plniaceho vzduchu.
12. Potom, čo ste urobili potrebné nastavenia na hlavnom ventilátore, nastavte záložný ventilátor.
a) Prepnite prepínač záložného ventilátora , umiestneného v rozvodnej skrinke do polohy„AUTOMATIC“ (záložný ventilátor zatiaľ nenabehne).
b) Prepnite prepínač hlavného ventilátora z „BLOW“ do „O“.
4. Potom, čo bola hala nafúknutá prepnite prepínač do AUTOMATIC.
UDRŽIAVACIE POSTUPY (podľa konštrukcie zariadenia)
Predpísané udržiavacie intervaly motora sa môžu určiť podľa počítadla prevádzkových hodín.. Udržiavacie práce môže urobiť autorizovaným servisným strediskom HATZ.
4.1. Týždenná skúšobná prevádzka približne 0,5 hod.
Prepnite ovládací prepínač hlavného ventilátora do BLOW.
Prepnite prepínač z AUTO do O a vytiahnite trubicu z tlakovej bunky vo ventilátore. Prefúknite trubicu, novými sponami upevnite trubicu do tlakovej bunky a prepnite prepínač do AUTO.
4.2 Porucha motora
a) strata káblového spojenia (skontrolovať pripojenie vo svorkovniciach)
alebo podľa konštrukcie zariadenia;
c) skontrolovať snímač tlaku na monitore klinových remeňov.
4.4 Automatická funkcia prepínania
Úplný systém ventilátorov pozostáva z dvoch ventilátorových jednotiek:
hlavný nosný ventilátor poháňaný elektromotorom a záložný, poháňaný v núdzovom režime naftovým motorom.
a bude udržiavať tlak v hale.
2 Pokles tlaku
2.1 Zistiť a odstrániť príčinu
2.1. Možné príčiny poklesu tlaku
2.1.1 Zvyšky fólie alebo iného odpadu v prívode čerstvého vzduchu
Mriežka nasávania môže byť pokrytá ľadom. Odstráňte ľad, námrazu alebo sneh.
2.1.1.2 Pretrhnutý klinový remeň ( nahraďte – vždy pár s rovnakou dĺžkou).
Urobte nasledovné, zavrite klapku na prívode spätného vzduchu. Počas údržby a opráv zavrite klapku regulácie objemu vzduchu na výstupe hlavného ventilátora.
2.1.2 Ak fúkate s filtrami na vstupe čerstvého vzduchu, filtre vyčistite (ak treba vymeňte ich) v stanovených intervaloch..
Ak sú filtre pokryté ľadom, ľad odstráňte a v pravý čas filtre vymeňte.
P O Z O R – NAFTOVÝ MOTOR – P O Z O R !!!
Regulačný a bezpečnostné termostaty bránia jednotke v prehriatí.
7.2 Termostaty a spínacie hodiny (vonkajší vzhľad )
Nastaviteľnosť termostatu by mala byť najmenej 70 °C.
11 Udržiavanie a čistenie výmenníka tepla
UPOZORNENIE !

- prepnutím ovládacieho vypínača príslušného ventilátora do „O“.
UPOZORNENIE !
Nastavenie vo výrobe by sa nemalo meniť.
12.2 Údržba
UPOZORNENIE !

Potom odpojte hadicu z príruby monitora tlaku a prefúknite hadicu smerom k hale.
Následne nasaďte hadicu na prírubu a zistite sponami.
Prepnite záložný ventilátor opäť do polohy AUTOMATIC a preskúšajte jeho funkciu.
Prikrývky
Pri vyfukovaní hadice vypnite ventilátor.
Skúsenosti ukazujú, že prikrývka bude držať približne 2 až 5 minút, závisí na tesnosti a potom začne pomaly sfukovať.
Prefúknutie a opätovné pripojenie musí byť urobené v rovnakom čase.
Odpojte hadicu z príruby na monitore tlaku a prefúknite ju smerom k hale.
Následne pripojte hadicu k prírube a zaistite sponami.
Termostatový omedzovač (TL) vypína horák, keď aktuálna teplota prekročí nastavenú hodnotu a zapína, keď teplota poklesne pod nastavenú.
Poistky Neozed Poistky Diazed
Relé ochrany proti preťaženiu spojené so spúšťacím stykačom
Relé ochrany proti preťaženiu montované jednotlivo
Termistorové ochranné relé proti preťaženiu
19 Riadenie tlaku senzorom vetra a klapkou spätného vzduchu
- nastavenie hodnoty rýchlosti vetra = v km/h
19.2 Nastavenie tlaku vetra (mechanicky)
19.3 Riadiaci spínač pre kontrolu vetra O – AUTO – ON
Týmto spínačom môžete kontrolu vetra zapínať a vypínať.
V polohe ON je trvalo zopnutý zvýšený tlak nafukovacieho vzduchu.
Preto musí byť aretačná matica v strede nastavovacieho disku povolená a požadovaný spínací bod musí byť nastavený otáčaním nastavovacieho disku.
UPOZORNENIE !
Stožiar senzora vetra sa musí spojiť so zemničom bleskozvodu.

20.1 Funkcia
Riadenie obsahuje senzor zrážok a snímanie teploty.
Prepnite systém kontroly sneženia prepínačom do požadovaného režimu činnosti.

Kontrola vlhkosti pozostáva z riadenia pohonu s návratom pomocou pružiny, ovládajúci vonkajšiu klapku a z vlhkomeru.
UPOZORNENIE !
S otvorenou klapkou tlak v hale mierne poklesne.
Prvý systém zapína záložný ventilátor a druhý ho vypína.
Nafukovacia jednotka pozostáva z hlavného ventilátora s elektrickým motorom a zo záložného ventilátora s naftovým motorom.
