Jeneratörlerin 1 tanesi manuel olarak start edilmiş va çalışır durumda olması gerekir.
• Kullanıcı STUCKE modülden otomatik konumunu seçer.
• teknede kullanılan yükün karakteristiğine göre toplam yük (kullanıcı tarafından ayarlanabilir) %80 sınırına geldiğinde 2. jeneratör diğer STUCKE tarafından otomatik start edilir.
• STUCKE AVR ve SPEED kontrolü yaparak frekans ve voltajı eşitler iki jenerator bus üzerinden sens edilen volt ve frekans a göre senkron olabileceği konuma otomatik olarak getirilir.
• Her iki jeeratörün frekans ve voltajı üst üste geldiğinde STUCKE tarafından senkrona girecek jeneratorün şalteri kapalı devreye sürülür ve iki jeneratörün yük paylaşımı zamanı başlatılır.
• STUCKE voltaj ve frekans kontrolünü sürekli devam ettirerek jeneratörlerin yükü eşit seviyede paylaşması sağlanır.
Translation - English Automatic parallel operation;

Büyük sahne;
Sahne yüzey döşemeleri, alt ve üst hareketli sahne sistemleri ve yangın perdeleri ile ağır kaldırma düzeneklerinden oluşmaktadır.
Sahne yüzeyi kılavuz raylar ile, birinci sınıf fırın çam ve fırın gürgen (kayın) ağacından döşenmiş alandır.
Ana sahne, yardımcı yan sahneler, yardımcı yan sahne arabaları, döner sahne arabası, döner sahne plakası ve podyumlar alt sahne tabanı olarak yaklaşık 2700 m2 zıvana geçme ahşap döşemedir.
Bu sahne ahşap yüzeyinden özellikle ana sahne döşemesi ağır yük altında ve sürekli kullanımdan dolayı yıpranmış ve kırılmalara maruz kalmıştır. Bu deformasyon sonucunda kısmı olarak iki kez ahşap yenilenmesi işlemi yapılmış, sistire edilerek boyanmıştır. Birbirine geçmeli olan ahşap döşemedeki yenileme işlemlerinde yüzeyin tamamen sökülmesi mümkün olmadığından daire testere ile kesme işlemleri yapılıp, tutkal ve vidalama suretiyle tamir cihetine gidilmiştir. Dolayısıyla da aynı yoğunluğun tekrar başlaması ve hor kullanımın da etkisiyle ahşaplarda oynamalar, aşırı yıpranmalar ve kırılmalar meydana gelmiştir. Buna bir de malzeme yorulmasını eklersen özellikle ana sahne ahşap döşemesinin ve kılavuz rayların komple sökülerek, yan sahneler ahşaplarının ise kısmen yenilenmesi ve boyanması lazımdır. Yan sahne arabalarının sahne ahşap yüzeyinin kısmi yenilenmeli ve sahne kot farklılıkları giderilmelidir.
ÜST SAHNELER:
Makineli dekorasyon vinçleri;
Cer ve askı çelik halatların kontrol edilerek gerekenlerin değiştirilmesi, rayların aşıntı bakımından kontrollerinin yapılarak gerekenlerin değiştirilmesi. Tüm kılavuz pabuçların ve kasnakların kontrol edilerek kırık kasnaklar ile kasnak yatak rulmanlarının ve pabuçların yenilenmesi gerekmektedir.
Karşı ağırlık taşıyıcıları kilit mekanizmalarının yeniden yapılıp tam emniyet sağlanmalıdır.
Yavaşlatma, emniyet ve nihai şalterler kontrol edilerek gerekenlerin yenilenmesi. Motor fırça ve kömürlerinin kontrol edilerek gerekenlerin yenilenmesi lazımdır.
Tüm makineli vinçler tahrik ve sonsuz mekanizma yatakları ve redüktör bakımları yapılmalı ve yağları değiştirilmelidir. Yağ kaçakları önlenmelidir.
Tahrik gruplarının aynı kalması şartıyla kumanda sisteminin bilgisayar ve el kumandalı (Reostadan kumanda) fonksiyonel, sisteme dönüştürülmesi gerekmektedir.
Portal ve ufki ışık köprüleri (hers I, hers II);
Alternatif akımla tahrik edilen bu sistemlerde ivlenmelerin önlenmesi için frekans kontrollü hız ayar sistemleri yapılarak yumuşak duruş ve kalkışlar sağlanmalıdır.
Hers II ışık köprüsü redüktör bilyalı yatakta, yatak sarması mevcut olup sesli çalışmaktadır. Arıza giderilmelidir. Ufki ışık köprülerinin genel bakımları yapılarak yağ kaçakları önlenmeli ve yağ değişimleri yapılmalıdır. Cer ve askı çelik halatların aşıntı bakımından kontrolleri yapılıp gerekenler değiştirilmelidir. Kılavuz pabuçlar yenilenmelidir.
Portal Köprü;
Sahne ağzı portal ışık köprüsü rayları ve kılavuzları değiştirilip, yenilenmelidir.
Portal köprünün yan sahne MDF kaplamalarına sürtünerek çalışması önlenmeli ve köprü alt konstriksiyon ile alt MDF döşeme yenilenmelidir. Yan sahne MDF kaplamalar değiştirilip köprü ile birlikte sahne ağzı boyanmalıdır. Frekans kontrollü hız ayar sistemi yapılmalıdır.
Panorama vinçler;
Sahne sağ ve sol yanlarda 3’er adet dekorasyon borusu olan üst sahne kaldırma düzenekleridir. Tahrik düzeni tek bir motordan olup grup ve tek olduğu gibi aynı anda ters yönlere çalışabilme özelliğine sahip sistemdir. Dişli grubu, trigel kayışlar ve elektromanyetik kavramalar nedeniyle sistem sesli çalışmaktadır. Tahrik grupları iptal edilerek yeni, ayrı ayrı motor ve redüktörden hareket sağlanıp panorama vinçleri yenilenmelidir.
Bu sistem değişmesi yapılamıyorsa mevcut sistemin genel bakım ve onarımı yapılmalıdır.
Kumanda sistemi de fonksiyonel sisteme dönüştürülmeli. Kumanda hatları yenilenmelidir.
El kumandalı vinçler;
Tüm vinçlerin Manila halatları yenilenmeli ve 15 adet de yedek halat yaptırılmalıdır. Karşı ağırlık kilit mekanizmaları yenilenmeli tam emniyet sağlanmalıdır. Polyamid kılavuz pabuçlar yenilenmelidir. Çelik halatlar, kasnaklar aşıntı ve deformasyon bakımından kontrol edilerek gerekenler değiştirilmelidir. Manila halatların çalışma gelerilerine sürtünmeli çalışması önleyen ahşap makaralar yenilenmeli ve yedek makaraların yaptırılması gerekmektedir.
Orkestra, ses ve oyun perdeleri;
Kadife perdelerinin hepsi sonradan bordo renk olarak yenilenmişti. Bu yenileme sırasında perdeler teflon döşemelik kadifeden olduğu için perdelerden daha ağır olmuş ve yük açısından zorlanarak çalışmaktadır. Perdelerin hepsi Apre edilmiş A sınıfı kadife kumaştan yapılarak yenilenmelidir. Bordo renk salon atmosferini daha karanlık gösterdiği için önceki kadife rengi olan açık gri ya da bal köpüğü olmasında yarar vardır. Koltuk rengi perde rengiyle uyumlu olmalıdır.
Perde astarları teflon, yangına karşı gecikmeli kumaştan yapılmalıdır.
Oyun perdesi ray ve taşıyıcı sistemi daha gelişmiş bir sistemle değiştirilmelidir.
Orkestra ve ses perdesi kılavuz yelken halatları değiştirilmelidir.
Perde sistemlerindeki cer ve askı çelik halatlar kontrol edilerek gerekenler yenilenmelidir.
Oyun perdesi, perde katlama ünitesi devreye alınmalı ve hatasız çalışması sağlanmalıdır.
Motor, redüktör ve mekanik aksamlar kontrol edilerek genel bakımlar ve yağ değişimleri yapılmalıdır.
Oyun perdesi el halatı yenilenmelidir.
Kumanda sistemi kontrol edilerek gerekirse yenilenmelidir.
Tül dekorasyon borusu;
Karşı ağırlık taşıyıcı sökülerek onarımı yapılmalı ve kılavuz pabuçlar değiştirilmelidir. Kilit (ağırlık kilit) mekanizması tam emniyet sağlayacak şekilde yeniden yapılmalıdır.
Kendinden olan ce halatın yerine aynı ölçüde ve yedekli Manila halat yaptırılması gerekmektedir.
Duman kapakları;
Seyirci salon ve sahne duman kapaklarının mekanik kol yardımıyla açılmasını sağlayan çelik halat ve halat koruyucu boruların kontrol edilerek gerekli değişim ve ayarların yapılıp, kapakların mekanik olarak daha sağlıklı şekilde açılması sağlanmalıdır.

Makinalı vinçler için elektronik metraj verici ve kodlanabilir seviye paneli ilave edilmişti. Ancak işletmede verim alınamadan atıl olarak kalan sistem sökülerek kabloları ayıklanmalıdır.
Ufki (sema) perdesi;
Genel bakım yapılmalıdır.
Sofit katı;
Üst sahne hareketli sistemlerin halat ve makara düzenekleri ile motor, redüktör gruplarının bulunduğu mahaldir. Çeşitli nedenle eğilen (u) sac döşemelerin değiştirilmesi gerekmektedir. Halat taşıyıcı ve yönlendirici makaralar ile kasnakların kontrol edilerek gerekenlerin değiştirilmesi, bakım ve onarımlar yapılıp sürtünmeli çalışan halatlara koruyucu makaralar ilave edilmelidir.
Makara bilyalı yatakları kontrol edilerek hasara uğrayan rulmanlar değiştirilmelidir.
ALT SAHNELER;
Orkestra podyumu;
Alternatif akımla tahrik olan orkestra podyumunda, frekans kontrollü hız ayar sistemine geçilmelidir. Kumanda panelleri bu sisteme uygun olarak yenilenmelidir. Motor, redüktör ve mekanik aksamlarda genel bakım ve ayarlar yapılmalıdır.
Sahne podyumları;
Podyumlar tahrik grupları aynı kalmak şartıyla bilgisayarlı fonksiyonel, tristörlü kumanda sistemine geçilmelidir. Bu sisteme adapte edilecek bir de el kumanda ünitesi de olmalıdır. Değişik konumlarda metraj verici dijital seviye göstergeleri ile podyumlara istenilen mizansenlere uygun olarak, aşağıya ya da yukarıya hareketlerde yavaşlama ve durdurma seçenekleri vermelidir. Aynı zamanda kartlı sistem olduğu için olası arızalar için yedek kart stoku yağılmalıdır.
Podyumlar elektro-manyetik kavramaların hepsi yenilenmeli ve yedekleri de alınmalıdır. Kavrama pletlerinin yeniden yapılıp tam ayarlanmaları gerekmektedir.
Podyumlar – 10.50 kotunda (dekor ambarları seviyesinde) dekor yükleme ve boşaltmalarında yükleme işlemlerinde podyumlar fren ve halatlar üzerinde durmaktadır. Bu nedenle putreller alt seviyesinde sürgü kilit delikleri açılmalıdır. Bu seviyede kilitlenen podyumlar frenlerinin açık kalıp fren bobinlerinin yanmaması için mekanik ünitenin yapılması lazımdır.
Dekor ambarları tarafı ile alt arka sahnede kot farklılığı vardır. Podyumlar alt seviyedeyken her iki tarafında podyum seviyeleri ile aynı kotta olmaları sağlanmalıdır.
Podyum fren bobinlerinin hepsi yenilenmeli ve yedekleri yaptırılmalıdır.
Podyumlar cer ve askı çelik halatların aşıntı bakımından kontrol edilerek gerekenlerin değiştirilmesi ve ayarlarının yapılması. Karşı ağırlık taşıyıcılar kızak rayları, kılavuz pabuçları aşıntı bakımından kontrol edilerek gerekenler değiştirilmelidir..
Yönlendirme ve aktarma kasnaklarının esvabına uygun olarak değiştirilmeleri gerekir.
Podyumlar dört köşelerine sonradan ilave edilen köşebent kılavuz yataklarda boşluklar mevcuttur. Bu köşebent yatakların daha sağlıklı halde çalışması sağlanmalıdır. Yavaşlatma, durdurma ve nihai şalterler yenilenmeli, ayarları yapılmalıdır.
Yatar sahnelerde açı seviyeleri dijital vericilerle istenilen şekilde ayarlanabilmelidir.
Tüm podyum motor, redüktör, mafsallı kollar, aktarma kolları ve mekanik aksamların bakım ve onarımlarının yapılması gerekmektedir.
Halat tamburlarının bakımları yapılarak bozuk cıvata yatakları düzeltilmelidir.
Yağ değişimleri yapılmalıdır.
Döner sahne arabası ve döner sahne plakası;
Döner sahne arabası ileri ve geri hareket tahrik düzeneği bakım ve onarımı yapılmalıdır.
Döner sahne arabası ve döner sahne tekerlekleri yenilenmeli ve yedekleri temin edilmelidir. Döner plaka üzerindeki elektrik tesisatı, elektrik prizleri ve priz kapakları yenilenmelidir.
Döner sahne bale dans tabanı olarak kullanıldığından dolayı üzerinde metal kanallar olmamalıdır. Döşeme tabanına dansa uygun olarak keçe ya da sert sünger besleme ile esneklik kazandırılmalıdır.
Döner sahne plakası kumanda üniteleri değişik fonksiyonlarda kumanda edilebilme ve bunun için de kodlamaların her iki yönlerde yavaşlama ve durma isteklerine cevap verecek şekilde bilgisayarlı tristör kumanda sistemine geçilmesi ve uygun kumanda masasının yapılması.
Döner sahne enerji kabloları hasara uğramışsa değiştirilmeli ve yedek kablo yaptırılmalıdır. Kablo yönlendirme ahşap kasnakların bakım ve onarımları yapılmalıdır.
Çelik (yangın) perdeler;
Ağır kaldırma düzenekli perdeler tahrik grupları frekans kontrollü hız ayar sistemine dönüştürülmeli, yumuşak duruş ve yumuşak kalkış sağlanarak ivmelenmeler önlenmelidir.
Yangın perdeleri amolix kavrama bağlantısının tek mil üzerinden bir kaplinle ayrılarak, bakım ve onarımın daha kolay hale getirilmeli. Balatalar değiştirilmeli ve yedeklenmelidir.
Raylar, kılavuz yataklar aşıntı bakımından kontrol edilerek gerekenler değiştirilmelidir.

Çelik halat kasnak kontrolleri yapılarak, gerekiyorsa esvabına uygun olarak yenilenmelidir.
Tüm motor, redüktör gruplarının ve mekanik aksamların bakım ve onarımları ile yağ değişimlerinin yapılması. Yağ kaçaklarının önlenmesi gerekmektedir.
Işıklı bildirim şalterleri yenilenmeli ve ayarları yapılması.
Prospekt asansörü;
Asansör komple revizyona alınmalıdır. Fön raflarına çok yakın çalışan asansör kabin korkulukları ve emniyet kendir halatı yenilenmelidir. Tel korkulukları yenilenmelidir.
Yük asansörü;
Yük asansörü giyotin kapıları ile kanatlı kapılarından arızalı kapılar onarılmalı, atıl olan çalışmayan kapılar değiştirilmeli ve emniyetli şekilde çalışmaları sağlanmalıdır.
Kumanda masaları;
Hareketli sahne sistemlerine kumanda eden ana ve seyyar kumanda masaları yeni sistemlere uygun olarak değiştirilmelidir.
- Çeşitli sahne işleri;
- Döner sahne ve yan yardımcı sahne üzerlerinde bulunan el dekorasyon vinçler genel bir bakım ve onarımdan geçirilmelidir. Tavanlardan askılı halat taşıyıcı kasnak bağlantıları sağlamlaştırılmalı ya da yeniden yapılmalıdır.
- Sahneye giriş çıkış kapılarının bakım ve onarımları yapılmalıdır.
- 1.çalışma galerisi ağırlık mekanizmaları altına denk gelen taban döşeme komple yenilenmelidir.
- Yine aynı çalışma galerisi altında bulunan sağ çelik perde amortisöerlerinin şakülü duruşları 90 derece dik olacak şekilde daha sağlam monte edilmelidir.
- Büyük sahne ile ilgili leonard odasındaki motor jeneratör grupları da dahil tüm motor bilyalı yatakları (rulmanları) değiştirilmelidir. Rotor fırça ve kömürleri kontrol edilerek gerekenler yenilenmelidir.
- Sahne ağzı yan lambri panolarda yıpranmalar ve kırılmalar mevcuttur. Bu panoların esvabına uygun olarak yenilenmeleri ve halat ayarları yapılmalıdır.
- Sahne altı dekor ambarları giriş kapısı ile soğuk önleyici ara kapı onarımı yapılarak tam izolasyon yapılmalıdır.
- Sahne içerisinde kullanılmak üzere 10 metreye yükselebilen (cini) platform alınmalıdır.
- Akülü sahne çekici arabasının aynısından yeni bir akülü çekici araba alınmalıdır.
- Yukarıda yazılı rapor 16.02.2006 ve 19.02.2007 tarihlerinde de verilmiştir.

WORKS TO DO IN THE BIG STAGE

The big stage;
consists of stage surface floorings, top and bottom mobile stage systems, fire curtains and weight lifting machineries.
The stage surface is the area floored by guide rails and, the woods of first class kiln dry pine and kiln dry carpinus (beech).
The main stage, sub-stages, sub- stage cars, car of the turning stage, plate of the turning stage and bottom stage base of podiums are of timber flooring of about 2700 m2, with section cropping slotting.
The stage timber floorings, especially the flooring of the main stage are under heavy duty and have been worn away due to the continuous utilization and have some breakages. Due to this deformation, two renewal processes have been realized partially, and been smoothed and painted. Since it is not possible to completely disjoint the surface in renewal processes of locked timber flooring, cutting processes have been performed by round saw and it has been repaired by adherents and screwing. For that reason some movements have started in timbers and some over-damaging and breakages have been seen due to the starting of the same density of work again and to misuse. When you also consider of the fatigue of the materials, we can see that it is necessary to disjoint especially the main stage timber floorings and guide rails completely, and to renew partially the timbers of adjoining stages and to paint. The stage timber surfaces of adjoining stage cars must be partially renewed and elevation rises of the stages must be corrected.
TOP STAGES:
Machinery decoration cranes;
Control of traction and suspension steel ropes and change of the required ones, control of the rails in terms of erosion and change of the required ones. Control of all guide shoes and balance wheels and change of broken wheels and wheel bed bearings and shoes necessarily.
A full security must be provided by reconstructing the opposite weight carriers and lock mechanisms.
Control of decelerator, security and the ultimate circuit breakers and renewal of the required ones. Control of engine brushes and engine coal and the renewal of the required ones.
The maintenances of driving beds and worm mechanism beds and the reducer of all machinery cranes and their oils must be changed. Oil leakages must be prevented.
Provide that the drive groups stay same, the control system must be converted into computerized and hand controlled (control by rheostat) functional system.
Portal and horizontal light bridges (hers I, hers II);
In order to prevent the accelerations in these systems which are driven by alternative current, a soft stop and landing must be provided by making a frequency controlled speed adjusting systems.
There is a seizure in the bed with reducer ball in Hers II light bridge, and it makes a noise while working. The fault must be repaired. The oil leakages must be prevented by means of the periodic maintenances of the horizontal light bridges and the oils must be changed. Traction and suspension steel ropes must be controlled in terms of erosion and the required ones must be changes. The guide shoes must be renewed.
Portal Bridge;
The rails and guides of portal light bridge in front of the stage must be changed and renewed.
Portal bridge must be prevented from rubbing the MDF coating of the adjoining stage and the lower construction of the bridge and the lower MDF flooring must be renewed. MDF coatings of the adjoining stage must be changed and its mouth, as well as the bridge must be painted. A frequency-controlled speed adjustment system must be made.
Panorama cranes;
They are the lifting machineries with 3 pieces of decoration pipes in each of right and left sides of the stage. The drive system consists of only one motor and it is the system that can operate in opposite directions at the same time as well as they work as group and single. The gear train makes noise while running due to timing belt covers and electromagnetic concepts. Drive groups must be cancelled and the new action must be provided individually from motor and reducer and the panorama cranes must be renewed.
If the change of this system can not be performed then the general maintenance and reparation of the current system must be performed.
The control system must also be converted into functional system. Control lines must be renewed.
Hand controlled cranes;
The Manila ropes of all cranes must be renewed and 15 pieces of auxiliary ropes must be made. The lock mechanisms of opposite weights must be renewed and a full security must be provided. The polyamide guide shoes must be renewed. The steel ropes and the pulleys must be controlled in terms of erosion and deformation and after this; the required ones must be changed. The barrels which prevent the Manila ropes to rub the running galleries must be renewed and auxiliary barrels must have been produced.
Orchestra, sound and acting curtains;
All of the velvet curtains had been renewed as claret red afterwards. Since the curtains are made of Teflon flooring velvet during this renewal, it is heavier than the curtains and it is running now with difficulty. All of the curtains must be renewed with A class finished velvet fabric. Since the claret red causes the hall to look darker, it would be better if the color is the former color, bright grey or honey bubble. The color of the chairs must be compatible with the color of the curtain.
Back clothes of curtains must be of the fabric delayed for the fire.
The acting curtain rail and carrier system must be changed with a more developed system.
Guide sail ropes for orchestra and sound curtain must be changed.
The traction in curtain systems and suspension steel ropes must be controlled and the required ones must be renewed.
Acting curtain, curtain folding unit must be put into use and provide it to run without any fault.
Motor, reducer and mechanical sections must be controlled and general maintenances and oils must be changed.
Hand rope of acting curtain must be renewed.
Control system must be controlled and must be renewed if necessary.
Tulle curtain decoration pipe;
It must be repaired after disjoining the opposite weight carrier and guide shoes must be changed. Lock (weight lock) mechanism must be re-constructed in such a manner that full security is provided.
An auxiliary manila rope of the same dimensions must be made instead of ce rope from itself.
Smoke gates;
The steel ropes and the rope guarding pipes, which provide the smoke gates of audience hall and stage to be opened by means of a mechanical handle, must be controlled and necessary ones must be changed or adjusted, and the gates must be provided to open mechanically healthier.
The general maintenances of the gates must be performed.
Main control desk of the top stage;
This desk, in the 2nd working gallery must be controlled by hand as well as it must be converted into a computerized functional control desk and lowered to the 1st working gallery consequently must be operated in a better vision of stage.
All of the circuit breakers belonging to the top system of the stage must be controlled and the required ones must be changed and adjusted.
Electronic quantity survey transmitter and encodable level panel had been integrated for the mechanical cranes. However the remaining system which is in an idle situation without efficiency in the establishment must be disjointed and its cables must be combed out.
Horizontal (sema) curtain;
A general maintenance must be performed.
The Sofit floor;
It is the location where the rope and barrel machineries of mobile systems of the top stage, and the motor, reducer groups take place. The floorings of (u) sheet iron floorings which have bended due to various reasons must be changed. The rope carrier and router barrels and the pulleys must be controlled and the required ones must be changed, the maintenances and the reparations must be performed and the ropes which are rubbing while running must be supplemented with protective barrels.
Barrel ball bearings must be controlled and the damaged bearings must be changed.
ALT STAGES;
Orchestra podium;
The system must be converted into frequency controlled speed adjustment system regarding the orchestra podium which is driven by alternative current. The control panels must be renewed in accordance with this system. General maintenances and adjustments must be performed in the motor, reducer and mechanical sections.
Stage podium;
Provided that the drive groups of the podiums shall remain the same, the system must be converted into computerized functional control system with thyristor. There must a handy control unit to be adapted to this system. Deceleration and stopping options must be given in the upwards and downwards movements in accordance with the demanded mise an scenes and quantity survey transmitter digital level indicators in various locations. Since it is also a card system, there must be an auxiliary card stock for possible failures.
All of the podiums electromagnetic clutches must be renewed and their auxiliary parts must be purchased. The Kavrama pletleri must be re-made and they must be adjusted completely.
Podiums – the podiums stand on the brake and the ropes in the loading processes during the décor loading and discharging at an elevation of 10.50 (at the level of décor hatches). For that reason, latch clamp holes must be opened in the lower level of I beams. The mechanical unit must be constructed to prevent the podium brakes, locked in this level, to be opened and to avoid the brake coils to burn out.
There is an elevation difference between the décor hatches region and the lower back stage. It must be provided that when the podiums are at lower level, both of the sides are in the same elevation with of the podium levels.
All of the podium brake coils must be renewed and their auxiliary parts must have been produced.
Traction and suspension steel ropes of the podiums must be controlled in terms of erosion and the required ones must be changes and adjusted. Opposite weight carriers, guide rails, guide shoes must be controlled in terms of erosion and the required ones must be changed.
Routing and deflection pulleys must be changed in accordance with their suits.
There are some gaps in the angle iron guide beds which are attached afterwards to the podiums four edges. These angle iron beds must be provided to run healthier. Deceleration, stopping and ultimate circuit breakers must be renewed, they must be adjusted.
The angle levels must be able to be adjusted by digital transmitters in the lying stages.
Maintenance and reparations of all podium motors, reducers, hinged arms, deflection arms and mechanical sections must be performed.
The maintenances of rope pulleys must be done and broken beds must be repaired.
The oils must be changed.
Turning stage car and turning stage plate;
The maintenance and reparation of the forward and backward movement mechanism of the turning stage car must be done.
The turning stage car and turning stage wheels must be renewed and their auxiliary parts must be obtained. The electrical installation, electrical sockets and socket covers of the turning plate must be renewed.
Since the turning stage is used as a ballet dancing base, there must not be metal channels over it. The flooring base must be given flexibility by means of felt or hard sponge feeding appropriate to dancing.
The system must be converted into computerized thyristor control system in a manner that the turning stage plate control units could be controlled in different functions and thus the encodings would cover the demands of deceleration in both directions and stopping and the appropriate control desk must be constructed.
If the energy cables of the turning stage are damaged, they must be changed and an auxiliary cabling must be implemented. The maintenances and reparations of the timber pulleys for cable routing must be done.
Steel (fire) curtains;
The drive groups of the curtains with weight lifting machinery must be converted into frequency controlled speed adjustment system, and accelerations must be prevented by providing soft stopping and soft landing.
The amolix coupling connection of the fire curtains must be separated by means of a coupling over a single metal bar and thus the maintenance and reparation of it must be simplified. The brake linings must be changed and a backup of them must be kept.
Rails, guide beds must be controlled in terms of erosion and the required ones must be changed.
The curtains whose passing gates are damaged must be changed.
Steel ropes must be controlled and the required ones must be changed.
Steel rope pulleys must be controlled, and they must be renewed appropriately to its suit.
The maintenance and reparations of all motors, reducer groups and mechanical sections must be made and the oils must be changed. The oil leakages must be prevented.
Illuminated notice circuit breaker must be renewed and their adjustments must be done.
Prospect elevator;
The elevator must be taken into complete revision mode. The elevator cabinet barriers which run too close to the dryer shelves and the security hemp rope must be renewed. The wire barriers must be renewed.
Goods elevator;
The guillotine doors of goods elevator and the damaged ones of the winded doors must be repaired and the idle doors which are not running must be changed and must be provided to run in a healthy standard.
Control desks;
The main and portable control desks which control mobile stage systems must be changed in accordance with the new system.
- Various stage works;
- The hand decoration cranes on the turning stage and adjoining sub-stage must have a general maintenance and reparation. The connections of rope carrier pulleys hanged on the ceilings must be strengthened or constructed again.
- The maintenances and reparations of the entrance and exit doors of the stage must be done.
- The base flooring which is in the lower level of the weight mechanisms of the 1st working gallery must be completely renewed.
- The perpendicular positions of the dampers of the right steel curtain must be mounted stronger in a position that it will be 90 degrees perpendicular.
- All motor ball bearings (rollers) including the motor generator groups in the Leonard room concerning the big stage, must be changed. Rotor brushes and coils must be controlled and the required ones must be renewed.
- There are erosions and breakages in the adjoining wainscot panels in the stage mouth. These panels must be renewed in accordance with their suit and ropes of these must be adjusted.
- The reparations of entrance door of the décor hatches under the stage as well as the cold preventive communicating door must be done and must be fully isolated.
- A podium, which can reach up to 10 meters, must be purchased in order to use inside the stage.
- A new battery powered towing car, same of the current battery powered stage towing car must be purchased.

Source text - English 1- Eren Aytekin: I was very young. I was running down a sharp steep. I had a friend next to me; we were escaping from somebody. It was full of trees around and suddenly I got caught by a tree branch and it cut my arm. It bled too much and the scar has left.

2- Gökhan Arslan: I was 15. My heart had suddenly stopped. It may sound funny but a situation occurred as I died and resurged. To prevent the repetition of such a situation, they put a pacemaker to my heart due to cardiac insufficiency. When I become 20 years old, they made an open heart surgery. 15 days later they split my navel since I had internal bleeding, because some liquid had collected in my stomach region but the reason for the internal bleeding could not be found. I have lied on the bed for 2-3 months without moving even a little and I kept on lying in the bed for longer periods. For that reason chap occurred in my dorsa.

3- Enise Gökbayrak: The mole in my dorsa had occurred maybe when I was in primary school or in secondary maybe, but I remember something very well; I became too upset when I first saw it. I really became so unhappy and I could never love it being there.

4- İnci Ardıç: They removed my “mole” on 1st of February 1999, in other words, when I was 11 years old, due to the skin cancer. They have removed my mole by local anaesthesia. When I was under the operation, one of the nurses even came to me and told me that Barış Manço had died.
