Source text - Spanish Quinta.- Forma, lugar y plazo de presentación de las solicitudes.
1. Las entidades que concurran a la presente orden deberán presentar la siguiente documentación:
a) Solicitud, presentada por duplicado (o en papel acompañada de CD) o mediante llamada al 012 o por vía telemática, conforme al modelo “formulario A” de identificación de proyectos facilitado por la consejería competente en materia de cooperación para el desarrollo, adjunto a esta orden como Anexo I (publicado en ------). Si el citado “formulario A” excediera de 100 paginas se presentara en archivo comprimido con cualquier programa estándar del mercado (winzip, winrar…..). b) Memoria de la entidad que acredite la experiencia de la entidad en cooperación internacional, así como en el área geográfica y sector de actuación referidos a la acción propuesta. c) Memoria de la entidad donde se detallen las acciones de sensibilización y educación para el desarrollo referida al año anterior a la presentación de la solicitud, destacando las acciones realizadas en --------. d) La documentación que corresponda de la base séptima.
2. Número de solicitudes. El número máximo de solicitudes por entidad que se podrán presentar para proyectos de cooperación para el desarrollo será de tres. En el supuesto de que se presenten más proyectos de los autorizados, la entidad solicitante deberá retirar, antes que éstos sean valorados, el número de proyectos que resulte en exceso, en caso contrario, la administración admitirá a trámite solo las tres primeras solicitudes registradas.
3. Plazo de presentación. El plazo de presentación de solicitudes comenzará el ---------- y finalizará el 1 de diciembre del año anterior a aquel para el que se solicitan las subvenciones. En la convocatoria para el ejercicio presupuestario del -----, el plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de 45 días naturales a contar desde el siguiente a su publicación en el Diario Oficial de ----------.
4. Lugar de la presentación de las solicitudes. Las solicitudes se dirigirán a la persona titular de la dirección general competente en materia de acción social y cooperación internacional y se presentarán en la sede de la misma, en las delegaciones provinciales o en cualquiera de los lugares previstos en el artículo---- de la Ley ---, de -----, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común; así mismo podrán presentarse mediante llamada al 012 o por envío telemático de los datos a través del “formulario A” de identificación de proyectos incluido en la Web institucional de la Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha en la siguiente dirección: ---------------------
1. Presentación de documentos. La documentación que se presente será original o copia debidamente compulsada, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente sobre la materia.
2. Subsanación de defectos. Si la solicitud o solicitudes presentadas no reúnen los requisitos previstos en la presente orden y los exigidos, en su caso, por la legislación específica aplicable, se requerirá a la entidad interesada para que, en un plazo de diez días, subsane la falta o acompañe los documentos preceptivos, con indicación de que, si así no lo hiciere, se le tendrá por desistida de su petición, previa resolución dictada en los términos previstos en el artículo -- de la Ley --, de --, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común.

1. The organizations that are candidates must present the following documentation:

c) Report from the organization detailing public awareness and educational activities for development for the year before the application for the grant, highlighting the activities that were conducted in ------------------------. d) Supporting documentation for the seventh condition.
2. Number of bids. The maximum number of bids that can be submitted per organization for cooperative development projects shall be three. In the event that more projects are entered than permitted, the bidding organization must withdraw the number of projects that are in excess before they are assessed. If they are not withdrawn, the Administration shall only accept the first three registered bids.
3. Deadline for submitting bids. The deadlines for submitting bids shall begin on --------- and end on December 1 prior to the year for which the bids are being requested. For the call to bid for the fiscal year ----, the deadline for submitting bids shall be the 45 calendar days commencing with the day following its publication in the ==========Gazette.
4. Place where bids shall be submitted. Bids shall be sent to the head of the General Directorate responsible for social activities and international cooperation and shall be delivered to their headquarters, either at their provincial branches or to any of the locations included in article ---- of Law ---- dated -------, that have jurisdiction for Public Administration and for Common Administrative Proceedings; they may also be sent by calling --- or by teleprocessing the data using "Form A" of project identification contained on the institutional Web of the---------------Government at the following address: ------------------------
5. Document submission. All documents provided shall be originals or a duly certified copy, in accordance with the current regulations on this subject.
6. Rectifying defects. If the proposal or proposals presented do not meet the requirements indicated in these rules and those required, as may be, by the applicable specific legislation, the interested organization will be required to rectify the problem or provide the mandatory documents within ten days, and if they do not, their bid will not be approved without a resolution passed in accordance with article ====== dated =====, from the Public Administration and Common Administrative Proceedings.
