“갑”은 “을”에게 2006년 1월부터 2006년 8월 10일까지 올소픽스 인터네쇼날 사의 정형외과용 의료기기 제품의 일부를 한국 내 서울지역 등에 판매할 수 있도록 허가하였고, 관련 제품의 국내 판매 증진을 목적으로 “갑”과 계약을 체결하였으나 “갑”과 “을” 쌍방이 이 사업과 연관되는 영업과 마케팅, 등록 업무 등 이 사업에 관한 쌍방의 심대한 견해 차이로 인해 계약을 파기하기로 한다. “을”은 2006년 8월 18일까지 진행된 업무 일체를 “갑”에게 인수인계 하도록 한다. | Translation - English
“A” authorized “B” to perform partial sales of Orthofix International’s orthopedic medical devices within Seoul, Korea from January, 2006 to August 10, 2006. For purposes of promoting sales of related products, “B” entered into a contract with “A”. However a serious difference of opinion regarding the marketing and sales aspects of this business arrangement by both “A” and “B” has resulted in an annulment of the contract. “B” is to transfer all of its business activities to “A” by August 18, 2006. |

◦ 축산물의 표시기준 중 새롭게 대두되는 사항에 대하여 국제표시기준 및 식품위생법에 의한 식품등의표시기준과의 조화를 이루고,

- For forthcoming items, the opinions (agree/disagree & reasons) of the processed dairy industry are to be taken into account.
