Den centrale placering i boligen stiller nemlig særlige krav til ovnens design, der skal kunne indgå ubesværet med resten af boligens inventar. XXX er en smuk væghængt ovn, hvor YYY ovnene er skabt på en sokkel, der gør dem slankere og mere elegante end traditionelle brændeovne. Derfor passer de både til boliger, hvor der er sparsom plads, og en boligindretning, hvor det enkle design prioriteres. Som ekstra tilbehør fås ovnene med drejefunktion, så ilden kan betragtes fra et utal af positioner.
Translation - Italian Una stufa a legna è molto di più che un semplice investimento in termini di riscaldamento. La posizione centrale nell’abitazione impone dei requisiti speciali al design della stufa, che deve integrarsi senza sforzo con l’arredamento della casa. XXX è una splendida stufa a parete, mentre YYY è dotata di un piedistallo che le conferisce una linea più snella ed elegante rispetto alle stufe a legna tradizionali. Ciò la rende adatta sia alle abitazioni dove lo spazio è scarso, sia a interni dove la priorità è la semplicità del design. Come accessori extra, la stufa può essere dotata di una funzione di rotazione, che permette di osservare il fuoco da varie posizioni.

Source text - English 12.09 ADEQUATE ASSURANCES: When, in the opinion of the Department, reasonable grounds for uncertainty exists with respect to the Concessionaire’s ability to perform the work or any portion thereof, the Department may request that the Concessionaire, within the time frame set forth in the Department’s request, provide adequate assurances to the Department in writing, of the Concessionaire’s ability to perform in accordance to the terms of this Agreement. In the event that the Concessionaire fails to provide to the Department the requested assurances within the prescribed time frame, the Department may:
1. Treat such failure as a repudiation of this Agreement; and
2. Resort to any remedy for breach provided herein o at law, including but not limited to, taking over the performance of the work or any part thereof either by itself or through others.
12.10 ACTIONS OF TERMINATION: The Concessionaire shall, upon receipt of such notice to terminate, and as directed by the Department:
A) Stop all work as specified in the notice to terminate;
B) Take such action as may be necessary for the protection and preservation of the Locations and other Department materials or propriety;
C) Vacate, quit and surrender, and account for the administrative support space, all furnishings, fixtures, equipment, software, vehicles, records, funds, inventories, commodities, supplies and other propriety of the Department, on or before the date of termination.
Translation - Italian 12. 09 ADEGUATE GARANZIE: Quando, a parere del Dipartimento, esistano ragionevoli motivi di incertezza sulla capacità del Concessionario di svolgere il lavoro o una sua qualsiasi parte, il Dipartimento ha facoltà di richiedere che il Concessionario, entro il lasso di tempo stabilito e indicato nella richiesta del Dipartimento, fornisca al Dipartimento adeguate garanzie, in forma scritta, sulla capacità del Concessionario di svolgere il lavoro in conformità ai termini del presente Accordo. Nel caso in cui il Concessionario non riesca a fornire al Dipartimento le garanzie richieste entro i termini prescritti, il Dipartimento ha facoltà di:

(A) Interrompere ogni attività come specificato nell’avviso di rescissione;
(B) Assumere le iniziative che potrebbero rendersi necessarie per la protezione e la conservazione dei Siti e altri materiali o proprietà del Dipartimento;
(C) Lasciar libero, abbandonare e cedere, e mettere a disposizione dello spazio amministrativo di supporto tutti gli arredamenti, attrezzature equipaggiamenti, software, veicoli, documentazioni, fondi, inventari, beni, forniture e altre proprietà del Dipartimento, entro la data di recessione o prima di essa.
