Typically, people use the terms imagination or fantasy to refer to something quite different than what they mean in science. In everyday life, fantasy or imagination refer to what is not actually true, what does not correspond to reality, and what, thus, could not have any serious practical significance. But in actuality, imagination, as the basis of all creative activity, is an important component of absolutely all aspects of cultural life, enabling artistic, scientific, and technical creation alike. In this sense, absolutely everything around us that was created by the hand of man, the entire world of human culture, as distinct from the world of nature, all this is the product of human imagination and of creation based on this imagination.

Source text - English The Environmental Liability Directive:
• Has the express purpose of establishing a legal framework for the prevention or remedying of environmental damage.
• Was preceded by the White Paper on Environmental Liability of 9 February 2000.
• Aims to legislate for the implementation of the “polluter pays” principle (Art. 74(2) of the EC Treaty).
• Aspires to meet the commitment in the Commission’s Sustainable Development Strategy, which aimed to have “EC legislation on strict liability in place by 2003”.
• Covers environmental damage –– or any imminent threats of damage –– under three categories:
1) damage to protected species and natural habitats as defined by the directive;
2) water damage, that is, damage that has a significant adverse effect on ecological, chemical and/or quantitative status and/or ecological potential, as defined in Directive 2000/60/EC;
3) land damage, that is, any land contamination that creates the significant risk of an adverse effect on human health as a result of the direct or indirect introduction in, on or under the land, of substances, preparations, organisms or micro organisms.

• Çevresel zararın önlenmesi ve tazmin edilmesi için bir yasal çerçeve belirlemek konusunda açıkça ifade edilmiş bir hedefi bulunmaktadır.
• Öncesinde 9 Şubat 2000 tarihli Çevresel Sorumluluk Beyaz Kitabı bulunmaktadır16.

Source text - English Without prejudice to any other remedy of the Lender, if the Borrower fails to pay on the due date any sum (whether of principal, interest or otherwise) then falling due for repayment under this Agreement, in such case default interest will accrue and become payable upon demand by the Lender over the sum unpaid accruing from the date upon which it fell due for payment until the date of actual payment by the Borrower at the default margin rate of 7% (seven percent) per annum over the normal rate of interest set out in Clause 5.2.
