Return of Purchased Items
At Yakubov Diamond Couture, we are confident that you will be pleased with your diamond or jewelry purchase. All of our products are backed by a full 14-day Money-Back Guarantee from the time of purchase.
Return Instructions
If for any reason you are unsatisfied and wish to return your purchase, please call our customer service team to obtain a Return Code. At that time, you must also inform yakubovgroup.com whether you desire a refund, exchange, or credit.
1.Package your purchased item, documents, and original accompanying materials that were shipped with the item (including the invoice, appraisal and diamond certificate, if applicable) into a shipping box. Failure to return the diamond certificate will result in a replacement fee.
2.Please write the Return Code on the Return Sticker that accompanied your purchase, and affix the sticker to your shipping box. For security, do not write yakubovgroup.com anywhere on the outside of the box.
3.Ship & Insure the item back to yakubovgroup.com.
Return Process
All returned items will be reviewed for any damage, wear, alteration, engraving, or resizing that occurred after the item was shipped to the customer. If yakubovgroup.com determines that an item has been altered in any way, the item will not be accepted for return, and will be returned to you. If the item is accepted for return, yakubovgroup.com will give you a full refund, exchange, or credit. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
