Source text - English During the sudden influx of Syrian’s at the Ackkale border in June 2015, Turkey developed a robust emergency response mechanism. The Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD) was able to mobilise a vast amount of core relief items for new arrivals, and 3RP partners supplemented its effort. Following this emergency, several 3RP partners have created, and are maintaining an emergency stock of tents, food and non-food items, medicines, and equipment for potential influxes of people, and the inter-agency contingency plan process provides regular review and coordination on the stockpiles.

Changing circumstances also affect human factors that are motivated by operating activities; accordingly the customer-company context is updated as to the requirements of continuous differentiation. All parties to fall behind such a change face problems to retrieve desired results. Marketing is a changing business function. The increased level of consumer consciousness; fast, easy and cheap access to information; and organized consumers have led to rational consumer behavior. People in marketing sector therefore people in politics with a special focus on marketing should be keen on following and adapting change as well as differing change-related realities. (C23) To maximize the potential of political marketing, the focus should be on the need for this issue to change orientation and be updated each day. Source text - English Turkey is one of the richest countries in terms of biodiversity in the temperate zone. More than one third of plant species present in Turkey are endemic to the country. An important bulk of these endemic plants as well as significant butterfly diversity is confined to the steppe ecosystems of Central and Eastern Anatolia. Steppe ecosystems in Turkey are particularly highly threatened with unsustainable human activities. To some extent, this can be explained because the steppe ecosystems occur on flat, highly exposed plains; they are often close to human settlements and/or converted into agricultural production areas; and in many cases they are perceived as abandoned lands. Although, in situ conservation studies has initiated in 1959 with the declaration of first national park, Yozgat Pineland, the coverage of steppe ecosystem is very limited. It can be said that except the recently formed Tek Tek Mountains National Park and Konya Bozdağ Wildlife Reserve, there is no protected area specially formed to protect the steppe biodiversity. Based on this fact, it is clear that protection of steppe biodiversity in production landscapes is highly critical.

Bu durumdan hareketle üretim peyzajlarında step biyolojik çeşitliliğinin korunmasının oldukça kritik bir mevzu olduğu söylenebilir.
