Source text - Spanish Al menos 37 personas han muerto y unas cuarenta más han resultado heridas esta mañana en un brutal atentado en una mezquita de la ciudad de Maymana, en la provincia de Faryab, en el norte de Afganistán, según fuentes oficiales. El templo religioso estaba repleto de gente porque hoy se celebra la fiesta islámica del sacrificio en Afganistán, y un gran número de fieles había acudido a rezar.
Algunas de las víctimas mortales son policías y agentes de los servicios secretos afganos, y entre los heridos se encontraría el propio jefe de la policía provincial y el gobernador de Faryab, aunque no sufrieron heridas graves.
Faryab es una provincia que hace frontera por el norte con la de Badghis, donde se encuentra destinado el grueso del contingente español en Afganistán. En septiembre las tropas noruegas, que habían estado desplegadas en Faryab desde el año 2005, se retiraron de la provincia y desde entonces la seguridad se ha degradado a marchas forzadas en pocas semanas. La desestabilización de Faryab podría afectar a la de Badghis.

Il vice governatore di Faryab, Abdul Satar Barez, si é giustificato affermando che il proprio insorgente vestiva la divisa della polizia e che ció ha potuto provocare una confusione.
Quest’anno le forze insorgenti hanno usato, in varie occasioni, la strategia di infiltrarsi tra le forze di sicurezza nazionali, tanto l’esercito come le forze dell’ordine, facendosi passare per soldati o agenti. Di fatto, attualmente questo modo di attuare é la principale minaccia per le truppe internazionali.

《黄帝内经》Huang Di Nei Jing (Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Internal Medicine) stated that all diseases are caused by clogged meridians, thus dredging meridians cures diseases.
However, when one gets sick, his/her first concern could be to find out exactly which meridians are clogged. Here, I would like to let you in on a big secret: There are 12 standard meridians in the body, and together with the Ren and Du meridians, these 14 meridians, when clogged, become the root causes of all diseases. That is to say, from minute inflammations of mosquito bites to tumor growth, whether insomnia or constipation, all diseases occur due to any, often several, of these 14 meridians being clogged. Therefore, no matter what diseases one suffers from, clearing these 14 meridians will invariably cure all of them. The E-Dao Paida self-healing technique emphasizes on slapping four general positions (hands, feet, elbows and knees) specially chosen to clear the 14 said meridians.
“Carpet bombing” is originally a military term, which means thorough bombing of each and every inch of land. Using Paida and Lajin in a “carpet bombing” manner unclogs the body’s 14 meridians from all directions. This eliminates all known and unknown diseases holistically, instead of treating diseases by divisions of medicine. The implementation of these techniques acts as both diagnosis and treatment of diseases. In Lajin, the pain felt during stretching indicates locations where Jin-Suo occurs; restoring flexibility of the Jin through further stretching will cure the diseases. In Paida, Sha appearing during slapping indicates that meridians corresponding to the slapped locations are clogged, and appearance of Sha means detoxification has begun.
In order to enable people of the modern age familiar with computers to understand the concept of “self-healing power”, I’ve found a supplementary analogy to “carpet bombing” — the theory of “antivirus software”. In short, our body has an innate “antivirus software” as part of our self-healing power, and its wisdom, sensitivity and sophistication go beyond human comprehension and imagination. It runs in the body’s meridians in the form of invisible “qi”. Once this “antivirus software” is activated through Paida and/or Lajin, it will start to scan the entire body. When the Qi finds a blockage or a disease nidus, it will lock-in the target and resolve it, diseases or pain are thus alleviated or eliminated. This process is as if launching missiles in “precision bombing” and the “antivirus software” is the devise that sets off this process.
The number of meridians unclogged through Paida and Lajin is not one but many; the activation effect is not only localized but also in all known and unknown systems of the body. The activated Qi and blood flow will act as the “antivirus software”; not only does it locate the viruses, it automatically stimulates the body to produce vaccines against different viruses. More specifically, this refers to the automatic generation of various endocrine secretions, e.g. insulin, stem cells, enkephalin, adrenaline, etc., needed to fight different diseases. Practicing Paida and Lajin is like a total mobilization of software and hardware systems in the entire body, that is why it is described as “carpet bombing” and “complete virus removal”.
Of all the Lajin positions, stretching in the “reclining position” delivers the most thorough effects in clearing meridians. When doing it, the three “yang”, three “yin” meridians on hands and legs, plus the Ren and Du meridians are all being unclogged, though at varying degrees; Paida works by radiating out from specific points: Slapping on the hands and inner elbows clear six meridians, i.e. the three “yang” and three “yin” meridians on the arms and hands; slapping both knees and feet clear six meridians, i.e. the three “yang” and three “yin” meridians on the legs and feet; the Ren and Du meridians are also unclogged at relevant joints. Hands are one of the holographic reflex zones of all the organs in the body; when the hands are used for slapping, they are being slapped as well. This creates a new round of “carpet bombing”.

Comunque sia, quando ci si ammala, la nostra principale preoccupazione dovrebbe essere quella di capire esattamente quali canali sono otturati. Qui, mi piacerebbe introdurvi in un gran segreto: esistono 12 canali standard nel corpo che, con i canali Ren e Du, diventano 14; quando questi sono otturati, diventano la causa principale di ogni malattia; dalla piccola infiammazione dovuta alla puntura di una zanzara alla crescita di tumori, passando per l’insonnia o il raffreddore, ogni malattia si deve al fatto che alcuni, o tanti, di questi 14 canali, sono otturati. Pertanto, non importa di cosa soffri ognuno: pulire questi 14 canali curerá senza dubbio tutti gli altri. “Bombardamento a tappeto” é originariamente un termine militare, che vuol dire bombardare ogni centimetro quadrato del territorio. Usando il Paida e La-jin come un bombardamento a tappeto, si liberano i 14 canali del corpo in ogni direzione. Tutto ció elimina olisticamente ogni malattia conosciuta e no, piuttosto che curare le malattie per mezzo di reparti medici. L’applicazione di tali tecniche serve sia come diagnosi che come trattamento per le malattie. Nel La-jin, il dolore avvertito durante gli stiramenti indica i punti in cui si verifica il Jin-Suo; recuperare flessibilitá del Jin grazie ad ulteriori stiramenti permette di guarire dalle malattie. Nel Paida, lo Sha che appare durante i colpi indica che i canali corrispondenti ai punti in cui si colpisce sono drenati, e l’apparizione del Sha è sintoma che la disintossicazione é iniziata.
Allo scopo di permettere alle persone dell’epoca moderna (che hanno familiaritá con i computer) di capire il concetto di “potere auto curante”, ho trovato un’altra analogia a “bombardamento a tappeto”: la teoria del “software antivirus”. In breve, il nostro corpo ha un “software antivirus” innato, come parte del nostro potere auto curante, e la sua saggezza, sensibilitá e sofisticatezza vanno ben oltre la comprensione e l’immaginazione umana. Scorre attraverso i canali del corpo come un Qi invisibile. Una volta che questo “software antivirus” si avvia per mezzo del Paida e/o Lajin, inizia ad analizzare tutto il corpo. Quando il Qi trova un blocco o un inizio di malattia, lo fermerá in origine e lo risolverá, tanto da lenire o eliminare le malattie e il dolore. Il processo é simile al lanciamento di missili nel “bombardamento di precisione” e il “software antivirus” é l’idea che scatena questo processo.
Il numero di canali liberati per mezzo del Paida e Lajin, non é uno bensí sono molti; l’effetto d’attivazione è localizzato in ogni sistema del corpo, sia esso conosciuto o no. Left menu pane
The menu pane on the left is used for browsing recipes stored in your App.
The menu pane allows to search for recipes by a certain criterion, e.g., by main ingredient, cuisine, preparation method.
Subcategories appear/disappear in the menu pane, when you create/remove recipes with the respective criterion. For example, you can see the "By Cuisine - French" subcategory, if you have at least one recipe stored under French cuisine.
Search
For faster search for your recipes you can use the search box in the upper right corner. It allows to find a recipe by any criterion.
Favorites
Use the "Favorites" button in the bottom of the menu pane for quick access to your favorite recipes.
Creating recipes manually
To create a recipe, tap the "Create New Recipe" button.
Creation wizard window will open.
First you should enter recipe general info, e.g., recipe name, type of cuisine, main ingredient.
When tapping a text field, a window with predefined items will pop up, so you can pick an item from the list or enter your own one.
For quick search type first letters of your word into the text field. Predefined items starting with these letters will be displayed in the pop-up window.
For the second step add ingredients used in the recipe. You will see your ingredients list after adding ingredients in this table.
To add a new ingredient, tap the button
Fill in the following text fields to add a new ingredient.
If you would like to add another ingredient without closing the current window, tap the button
If you finished with adding ingredients, tap the button
Then your ingredients list will open in the wizard window.
For the third step of the wizard enter cooking directions for your recipe the same way you did with ingredients. You will see your added steps in the wizard window.
Copying recipes from a website
To copy a recipe from a website, tap the button
The built-in browser for copying a recipe from a website will open.
Type URL address of a website in the address bar of the browser.
When the website is loaded, copy all necessary items of a recipe step by step: recipe name, ingredients list, cooking directions, etc. To do so you should select corresponding information on the web page. For example, to copy ingredients list, select the list displayed on the web page.
After selecting an info section tap the corresponding button in the bottom clipboard, e.g., the Ingredients button to copy an ingredients list. Selected info is copied to the recipe, and the button color changes indicating that the info is copied.
After all sections are copied, tap the Create button in the bottom clipboard. Your recipe is created successfully!

Panel menú de la izquierda
El panel menú de la izquierda sirve para buscar las recetas almacenadas en la aplicación.
El panel menú permite buscar por receta bajo ciertos criterios, como por ejemplo por ingrediente principal, por cocina, por método de cocción.
Las subcategorías aparecen/desaparecen en el panel menú, al crear/eliminar las recetas con el respectivo criterio. Por ejemplo, puede ver la subcategoría «por cocina - francesa» si tiene por lo menos una receta almacenada bajo cocina francesa.
Buscar
Para búsquedas más rápidas de las recetas utilice el campo Buscar en la esquina superior derecha, que permite buscar una receta bajo cualquier criterio.
Favoritas
Utilice el botón «Favoritas» en la parte inferior de la pantalla para abrir rápidamente las recetas favoritas.
Crear recetas manualmente
Para crear una receta, pulse el botón «crear una receta nueva ».
Se abrirá una ventana de diálogo para la creación.
Para empezar introduzca informaciones generales de la receta, como por ejemplo nombre, tipo de cocina, ingrediente principal.
Cuando escribe en un campo de texto, los resultados de la búsqueda van apareciendo poco a poco: puede así pulsar un elemento de la lista para abrirlo o introducir uno nuevo.
Para búsquedas rápidas escriba las primeras letras de la palabra en el campo de texto. Elementos predeterminados que empiecen con estas letras aparecerán en la ventana de diálogo.
El segundo paso consiste en agregar ingredientes utilizados en la receta. La lista de ingredientes aparecerá después de haber agregado ingredientes en la lista.
Para agregar un nuevo ingrediente, pulse el botón
Complete los siguientes campos de texto para agregar un nuevo ingrediente.
Para agregar otro ingrediente sin cerrar la ventana actual, pulse el botón
Si ha terminado de agregar ingredientes, pulse el botón
La lista de ingredientes se abrirá en la ventana de diálogo.
Como tercer paso, introduzca las instrucciones de cocción para la receta, del mismo modo que ha introducido los ingredientes. Verá los pasos agregados en la ventana de diálogo.
Copiar recetas de la web
Para copiar recetas de la web, pulse el botón
El explorador incorporado se abrirá para copiar una receta de la web.
Introduzca la dirección URL de un sitio web en la barra de dirección del explorador.
Una vez cargado el sitio web, copie paso a paso todos los elementos necesarios para una receta: nombre de la receta, lista de ingredientes, instrucciones de cocción, etc. Para esto seleccione la información correspondiente en la página web. Por ejemplo, para copiar la lista de ingredientes, seleccione la lista que aparece en la página web.
Después de seleccionar una sección de información, pulse el botón correspondiente en la carpeta inferior, por ejemplo, botón Ingredientes para copiar una lista de ingredientes. La información seleccionada se ha copiado en la receta, y el color del botón ha cambiado para indicar que la información ha sido copiada.
Una vez copiadas todas las secciones, pulse el botón Crear en la carpeta inferior. ¡La receta ha sido creada con éxito!
