I am a translator, technical, and proposal writer. My writing, analytical, and technical skills are first-rate. I have written/developed a spectrum of Information Technology documentation -- detailed program procedures, user manuals and training courses, and proposals for the federal market place. In addition, I have written numerous educational policy documents in the process of obtaining Middle- and Diploma- level school certification from the International Baccalaureate Organization.
