Bu proje sayesinde Enstitümüz hem Avrupa-Asya geçiş noktasında bulunan ülkemizde hem de bulunduğu bölgede gıda güvenliği ve kalitesinin geliştirildiği, korunduğu ve sürdürülebildiği uluslararası bir merkez haline gelecektir. AB ülkeleri ile koordineli çalışarak, onlarla eşzamanlı ve ortak hareket edebilmek (Örneğin hastalık çıkışları, acil eylem planları) bilgi ağı sayesinde hastalıklar ortaya çıkmadan durum tespiti yapabilmek, koruyucu ve önleyici faaliyetlerde bulunmak ve bunun devamlılığını sağlamak kolaylaşacaktır. Bu sayede en etkin ve en ekonomik yolla hastalıklarla mücadele edilecektir. Gıda kalite ve güvenilirliliği artırılarak ülkemizde, bölgemizde, Avrupa da ve bütün dünyada sağlıklı ve güvenilir ürünlerin canlı hayvandan sofraya tüketiciye sunulmasına katkıda bulunacaktır.
Translation - English After our nation completes the EU integration process, our Institute will be among Europe’s international centers as a potential member of the EU with a developed/reinforced scientific and technical infrastructure for the control of high-risk diseases and as a prominent control center applying the standards of developed EU countries. With this project, our Institute will become an international center where food safety and quality will be developed, secured and sustained both in our nation that serves as a transit point between Europe and Asia, and in the region. Coordinating with EU countries and taking common actions simultaneously with an information network (i.e. emergence of diseases, emergency action plans) will enable to make assessments before the emergence of diseases, engage in corrective and preventive actions and provide its maintenance conveniently. Therefore, fighting against the disease will be conducted by most effective and economical means. By enhancing food quality and safety, contributions will be made all over our nation, region, Europe and all over the world in the process of bringing animal products to our tables, to the consumers healthily and reliably.

The obligations of each party under this Agreement shall be suspended during the period and to the extent that that party is prevented or hindered from complying with them by any cause beyond its reasonable control including (insofar as beyond such control but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing expression) strikes, lock-outs, labour disputes, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm, difficulty or increased expense in obtaining workmen, materials, goods or raw materials in connection with the performance of this Agreement.
