RECITALS
The Owner represents and warrants that it is the owner of the copyright in the work described as:

The Owner represents and warrants that the Owner has the right, title and interest stated herewith in and to the Owned Work and has the power and authority to assign the proportion of rights that he owns in and to the Owned Work as stated herewith and provided in this Agreement.
1. TERMS
For good and valuable consideration of the payment of the sum USD $1, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Owner hereby unconditionally and irrevocably transfers, conveys and assigns to Assignee all the rights, title and interest in and to the copyright in the Owned Work that he owns, together with all of the rights granted to the owner of a Copyright under the [COUNTRY NAME]copyright laws, including but not limited to the unlimited and unrestricted right to reproduce, publish, adapt, modify, distribute, create derivative works based on the Owned Work publicly displayed, and to transmit the Owned Work digitally or by any other means.

O Proprietário concorda e aceita que o Cessionário passa a ser o titular exclusivo da Obra e, portanto, o Proprietário não estará autorizado a utilizar a Obra ou realizar quaisquer atos que violem os direitos exclusivos do Cessionário como legítimo proprietário da Obra.
E estando assim justas e contratadas, as partes firmam o presente contrato na data mencionada acima, com pleno conhecimento do seu conteúdo e significado, pretendendo estar legalmente vinculadas pelos termos nele estabelecidos.
