Dalsan Şirketler Grubu; 1980 yılında Dalsan Sualtı ve Liman Hizmetleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ile ülkemizde brush-card karina temizliğini ilk uygulayan firma olmuş ve Türk Deniz Ticaret filosu ile Deniz Kuvvetleri Komutanlığı’na bağlı askeri gemilere hizmet vermiştir. Bu çalışmalarına ilave olarak sualtı surveyi, arama kurtarma çalışmaları, deşarj hatları, kızak inşaası, katodik koruma gibi genel sualtı hizmetlerini gerçekleştirmektedir.
1993 yılında deniz dibi tarama çalışmaları için firmamız özel sektörde ilk defa kovalı tarama gemileri ve ekipmanlarını ithal etmiş ve bu kapsamda Ambarlı Limanı, Rize Limanı, Zeytinburnu Limanı, Trabzon Limanı, Kurbağalı Dere, Bartın Deresi, Tuzla Limanı, İsdemir Limanı, Borusan Lojistik Limanı’nı taramasını yapmış ve çalışmalarına devam etmektedir.
1999 yılında liman inşaatları yapma kararı alan kuruluşumuz Dalsan Liman İnşaatı San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. unvanlı yeni bir firma kurarak ülkemizde ilk defa kesonlu ve istinat duvarlı inşa sistemini projelendiren ve uygulayan firma olmuştur. Bu kapsamda Akport Konteyner Terminali Tekirdağ’da kesonlu sistemle gerçekleştirmiştir. Bu çalışmalarına Yıldız Tersanesi, Marmaris Aksaz Komutanlığı, Pendik Tersanesi Komutanlığı, Ursa Tersanesi projelerini gerçekleştirerek devam etmektedir.

Şti. was the first company to apply brush-card marine cleaning in 1980 and served for Turkish Merchantile Navy and Military Navy attached to Turkish Naval Force. In addition to these, It has been giving underwater survey, search and rescue exercises and general services like exhaust line, sledge construction and cathodic protection.
Our company imported bucket search ships and equipments for the first time in private sector for the seabed survey works in 1993 and in this context, it made the scanning of Ambarlı Harbour, Rize Harbour, Zeytinburnu Harbour, Trabzon Harbour, Kurbagali Stream, Bartın Stream, Tuzla Harbour, Isdemir Harbour, Borusan Lojistik Harbour and it has been going on its works.
In 1999, our foundation deciding to construct harbours established a new company titled Dalsan Liman İnşaatı San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. and was the first company to design and apply the construction system with caisson and sustaining wall in our country. In this context, Akport Container Station in Tekirdağ was constructed with caisson system. It has been going on its works by carrying out Yıldız Dock, Marmaris Aksaz Command, Pendik Dock Command and Ursa Dock projects.

1. COMPLETE AGREEMENT. This Agreement consists of the principal terms set forth below (the “Principal Terms”), Exhibit 1 (the “General Terms”) and all other Exhibits and Schedules referenced herein and therein, all of which together constitute the complete agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding and replacing all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. In the event of any conflict between the terms set forth in the Principal Terms and the terms set forth in any Exhibit or Schedule, the terms set forth in the Principal Terms will control. If this Agreement, or any portion hereof, is translated into any language from the original English version and there is any conflict between the terms set forth in the English version and the translated version, the terms set forth in the English version will control. Section references contained in the Principal Terms are to Sections of the Principal Terms unless otherwise specified. Capitalized terms used but not defined in the Principal Terms have the meanings given to such terms in the General Terms.
