Source text - Polish W Europie szkoły techniczne przeznaczone dla przyszłych techników i inżynierów wojskowych, głównie w zakresie artylerii i fortyfikacji, działały już od XVII w. Na ziemiach polskich początki kształcenia i szkolnictwa górniczo-hutniczego związane były z aktywnością króla Stanisława Augusta Poniatowskiego. Monarcha inspirowany poglądami merkantylistycznymi, inicjował poznanie i wykorzystanie zasobów kruszcowych w Polsce. Stypendystów królewskich studiujących nauki mineralogii i metalurgii wysyłano do akademii górniczch w Schemnitz i Freibergu. Wysiłki te i osiągnięcia zostały zniweczone przez upadek niepodległości, ale program i postulaty zostały podjęte na nowo w epoce Królestwa Polskiego. Pewne znaczenie dla przyszłych polskich rozwiązań miały też austriackie wzory i precedensy w zarządzaniu i edukacji kadr dla górnictwa i hutnictwa. Próba zorganizowania wyższych studiów w zakresie górnictwa i hutnictwa podjęta została dopiero pod koniec lat 90. w związku z projektem otwarcia Instytutu Politechnicznego w Warszawie. System kształcenia górniczo-hutniczego, a szerzej zawodowego, stał się ofiarą opresyjnego systemu politycznego, upośledzając w konsekwencji rozwój gospodarczy kraju. Przełom w zakresie kształcenia zawodowego zaznaczył się dopiero po odzyskaniu niepodległości w 1918 r.
Translation - English In Europe, technical schools training technicians and engineers for the army in the fields of artillery and fortification construction existed as early as the 17th century. However, the beginnings of the education and training system on mining and metallurgy within the Polish territory are attributed to the king Stanislaus August Poniatowski. As the king was inspired by mercantile ideas, he promoted and initiated the process of using the ore sources in Poland. The king's grantees who studied mineralogy and metallurgy were sent to mining academies in Schemnitz and Freiberg to continue their education. However, all these endeavours and successful outcomes had failed because of the loss of independence by Poland only to be restored in the times of the Kingdom of Poland. Austrian methods and precedences in management and education of the specialists in mining and metallurgy were of some significance for the future Polish solutions in the fields. Higher education in mining and metallurgy had only stared in the late 1890s when the opening of the Polytechnic Institute in Warszawa was initiated. Unfortunately, the education system of professional mining-metallurgy training fell the victim of the oppressive political situation at the time thus disabling the economic growth of the country. The breakthrough in the system of professional training began with the regaining of independence in 1918.

Source text - Polish Kariera Wiślicy, jako stołecznego grodu Wiślan, rozpoczęła się wraz z publikacją Karola Potkańskiego u schyłku XIX wieku (K. Potkański 1898: 102-110, 144-151). Potwierdzeniem miał być słynny passus z „Żywota św. Metodego”, o księciu siedzącym „na Wiśle” bądź „w Wiśle” (S. Zakrzewski 1917: 66; T. Lehr-Spławiński 1954: 183; 1959: 114-115; J. Otrębski 1965: 223-226; S. Rospond 1968: 275). Nawet brak bezspornych dowodów – bo nie można za nie uznać reliktów tzw. misy chrzcielnej, kościoła św. Mikołaja, zabudowy palatialnej na Długoszowej Regii czy grodziska – nie przeszkodził przetrwaniu takiego poglądu w opracowaniach popularyzujących początki Polski (P. Kardyś 2001: 41-48). Zresztą także w literaturze naukowej odkrycia wiślickie, a właściwie ich interpretacje, wzbudzały kontrowersje i nieporozumienia. Dopiero prace archeologiczne i publikacje ich wyników z końca XX i początku XXI wieku pozwoliły na sporządzenie nowego kwestionariusza pytań badawczych oraz weryfikację interpretacji wyników prac archeologicznych z lat pięćdziesiątych i sześćdziesiątych XX wieku (Wiślica. Nowe badania i interpretacje, 1997). Zasadne wydaje się przypomnienie najważniejszych zagadnień z dotychczasowej, obszernej dyskusji o wczesnośredniowiecznej Wiślicy i podjęcie próby ich podsumowania.
Translation - English The reputation of Wiślica as a fortress of metropolitan character of the Vislanians started with the publication of the article by Karol Potkański at the end of the 19th century (K. Potkański 1898; 102-110, 144-151). The confirmation of the fortress’ importance was to be included in the popular passage from St. Methodius’s life concerning the prince sitting on the “Vistula” or “in the Vistula” (S. Zakrzewski 1917: 66; T. Lehr-Spławiński 1954; 183; 1959: 114-115; J. Ostrębski 1965: 223-226; S. Rospond 1968: 275). Even the lack of undeniable evidence – the relics of the baptismal font, St. Nicolas church, palatine constructions on Długosz’s Regia or of the fortress cannot be perceived as such – did not influence the prevailing opinion on the significance of the fortress voiced in the history outlines popularizing the origins of Poland (P. Kardyś 2001: 41-48). Also, the Wiślica discoveries or rather their interpretation found in the scientific literature on the subject have excited controversies and misunderstandings. However, the archaeological research and the publication of its outcomes at the end of the 20th century and at the beginning of the 21st century enabled new research questions to be formed to verify the interpretation of the archaeological research results conducted in the 50s and 60s of the 20th century (Wiślica. Nowe badania i interpretacje, 1997). It is thus justifiable to remind the most vital issues of the so far detailed discussion on the early medieval Wiślica and to undertake their summary.

Obecnie rozporządzenie Ministra Rodziny, Pracy i Polityki Społecznej z dnia 27 lipca 2017 r. w sprawie sposobu unieważnienia Karty Dużej Rodziny, wzorów graficznych oraz szczegółowego zakresu informacji, jakie mają być zawarte we wniosku o przyznanie Karty Dużej Rodziny (Dz. U. poz. 1454), które weszło w życie w dniu 1 sierpnia 2017 r. określa zakres danych, jakie mają być podane we wniosku.
Translation - English The amendment to Article 22 of the Act of 5 December 2014 on Large Family Card (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1832) concerning the template of the application for granting the Large Family Card or for issuing its copy came into force on 1 August 2017. Prior to the amendment, the application for granting Large Family Card or for issuing its copy could have been submitted in the form defined in the implementing provisions to the act. Currently, the Regulation of Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy of 27 July 2017 on methods of invalidating the Large Family Card, graphic signs and details to be included in the application for granting the Large Family Card (Journal of Laws, item 1454), which came into force on 1 August 2017, sets forth the list of data to be contained in the application.
