I lived in Campinas, SP, Brazil for 1 year as a teen. I traveled all over the country, learned the culture and language then and have done small jobs since to maintain my language skills. I recently spent 2 months volunteering for the Rio2016 Olympic Games. While there I lived with multiple families, learning the Carioca culture and accent. During this time I interpreted for the International Olympic Committee election staff and did a few translation projects in my spare time.
I love Brazil, the culture and language. I bring this enthusiasm to your projects, and would love to show you how great it can be!
