My name is Elisabeth Schmitt, owner of “Schmitt to Smith”, a company which specializes in translations from German to English and vice versa, including proofreading and editing; also transcription of old German handwriting into modern English.
Being native German and living in the USA since twenty years makes me equally fluent in both English and German. Based on spending two years in France I have an extensive knowledge of the French language.
What I translate? Any type of written and audiovisual materials, for example papers, essays, reports, brochures, books, magazines and websites.
